11What’s going on here? Nights used to be great when there was a professional manager on shift.the past few days have been horrible. I believe her name was Ciara. She was so jubilant and professional. Now we have snobs working at the window
Food was good but holyyyyy the wait just to order made more than 5 cars leave the line. Each car waited a good 15 minutes just to order even if you were at the speaker.
Last night I had went through the drive thru for a late night snack. Was expecting a long wait because in the mornings they usually run a bit slower. But it was quick and efficient. My cashier Sierra was very friendly and was able to get me in and out.
Went to this Burger King 4 times after 9pm for the chicken club salad. Was told each time no chicken for the salads. Don’t go to them if have other options. NO CHICKEN!
My go-to BK on this side of town.literally try not to eat out at BK unless it be this location. Great service and never a mistake with the order. Friendly.
They always get our drive through order correct! Considering not all FF places do such a great job at that, I think it's pretty awesome & we enjoy the food!
I ask for a 20 piece nugget and got a extra 20 for free just for making everyone laugh and I got the managers snap
Was wanting to earn perks and the girl didnt even give me a receipt so I could enter it into app.she told me that burger king didnt have rewards anyway. Shows how much she knows about her job. Can't stand when I dont get any feedback from the business
They serve old food from the night before. I bought a chicken sandwich before 11a & it was so hard I almost broke a tooth. The person who made it knew they gave me a hard piece & still did it. Even the fries are either undercooked or old. Not a quality store.
It’s 8: 56pm 9/11/2021 afte jack & a box decide to not take any orders cause of the laziness they have burger king was fast and Efficient got what I wanted a not so late snack
This Burger King is the most disgusting Burger King I've ever been to. Went inside and waited for 15 minutes for someone to take my order. While I was waiting I watched as the girl's were working and noticed that they were not wearing gloves while preparing the food nor were they washing their hands in-between taking cash or card's. Then the gal kept making eye contact with me but refused to come take my order. They weren't busy at all so there was no excuse for the way I was treated but honestly after seeing that they weren't using gloves and how dirty the restaurant was I turned around and walked out. I've heard horrible things about this Burger King and I decided to give them a chance. Nope NEVER again!
