Burger King, Tucson AZ

We were hungry and went to this Burger King, it was super busy and the manager working the drive through was very polite and brought us our order which was hot and tasty

Fast drive thru. The drive thru windows and the metal window frames were filthy! The stickers on the drive thru windows were peeling off or faded. There was trash all round the building and on the ground at waste container as you left the drive thru. Yuck.

Cashier was dismissive and rude. Overheard manager talking to another customer in a similar way. Service was slow and order was wrong.

I stopped at this burger king to grab a bite to eat. We ordered 2 whoppers, 1 with cheese, 2 orders of nuggets, 2 orders of fries, and 1 order of mozzarella sticks. We got old fries, I know they were old because the manager had told another employee she accidentally served us old food. With that said, I'm sure our whole order was old. My whopper had mayo, when I asked request no mayo. My partner's whopper had no cheese like we paid for, my daughter never got her mozzarella sticks after we went up to the counter and inquired about them. The lady working the cash register told us she was getting them. She forgot twice! It wasn't busy at all. When I tried to use a code, the lady cowered like I was aggressive when I showed the code on my phone. It was weird, and the location is extremely outdated. I wonder what their fryers and grills look like.

Everything was really greasy. The tables, the doors, the floor. The bathroom was hedious, not clean at all.

Went to this Burger King and my order was completely wrong. When I arrived home and tried to call back no one answered. Very bad! Very disappointed!

Waited 20 minutes 8n drive thru ordered 3 whoppers with cheese got home unpacked burgers cold and all had no cheese

Changing your score because you could not help me I sat and watched for 30 minutes not a single customer.however you could not sell me a meal cause my tow truck wouldn't fit though the drive thru other BKs have done it your store was open till 11 and no service? Hope you or your love ones aren't treated like that if y'all break down on the side of the road.do better cortaro BK. Hope you know this location should really look to help helpers.

Ordered #1 whopper meal no cheese got it with cheese and no fries. Ridiculous drive thru service.

Constantly yelling in the back from manager, extremely dirty tables, chairs and floors, looks as if they dont clean them often after people come and go, and poor service.

Ate in the dinning room. Very filthy, dirty and grungy inside. Reminded me of the Bronx.
One loud person shouting and yelling from behind the counter. You couldn't even enjoy the meal. Without that yelling. Meal was ok. Not the best from Burger King.

In the drive thru they will have people wait 5-10 minutes after each person orders. If you are the 3rd car back you literally will wait around 20 mins to get your chance to order.only to be asked to wait as well.then pull around to the front to wait for them to finish making your food. Not too mention the food is more expensive than most other Burger Kings in town.

Slowest burger king i’ve ever been to.been waiting 20 minutes for a single order of onion rings.they only staff 2-3 people for the whole place at a time.

Ordered in the drive thru and after sitting at the open window listening to the workers complain about their job i was told to pull around. I asked for no ice in my drink the cup was full of ice 1/4 soda. So i went inside to fix the soda myself; food was thrown together and fries were hot but tasted like they had been sitting out. Also i asked for ranch at the window, the manager pulls some out slams the down on the countwr and gives us our order 6 minutes later with NO RANCH. So disappointed Burger King used to be my favorite fast food. If you hate your job just quit and work somewhere else.

** Update 8/21/2022**
Came back to this burger king to give them another chance as I was on this side of town. I did a customized mobile order and everything was correct and fresh/hot! The customer service improved as well and i was in/out of drive through and got my food in less then 4 minutes. Im glad to see that they are putting an effort in improving service.

The two gentlemen working tonight, 9/2, were both so kind and personable. It's been a while since I've had such good customer service in a drive thru and these guys were above and beyond good! The food came out fresh and hot! I'm definitely going to have to return to this location!

31 minutes and i ordered o. The mobil app.only 1 person in The lobby. Kept making ALL drive through cars park because " they are slammed busy". I had to go i side and i NEVER seen a group of peoe move this slow in my life. ALL OF THEM. The only thing they did half way fast was complain how busy they are and there is NO ONE I. THE STORE OR IN LINE. I AM JUST FLOORED! NEVER AGAIN!

Went through the drive through Waited 30 mins for 4 breakfast sandwiches. When my husband went in to see what was taking so long. He saw a girl at the counter with dreadlocks playing with her hair the whole time he waited. She had gauges in her ears and they were bleeding.
No gloves on anyone!
The food was disgusting
This place should be shut down
