Restaurant Burger King reviews
16I ordered a large fry and 8 piece mozzarella sticks. When I was leaving I checked my bag to see half of the fries were missing, and my mozzarella sticks looked and tasted like they came from the box into my bag. Very disappointed! What is the fast food industry becoming.
Excellent customer service. Service with a smile. Food was fresh and hot. Clean atmosphere
Maybe hire people who pay attention. Ordered a chicken sandwich plain, and a baconator. Received a burger with no bacon and a chicken sandwich with everything on it.
If I could have given no stars I would have. I tried stopping here January 27,2023 all the lights were on everything pointed towards they were still open pulled into the drive-through the three gentlemen that were working all saw me out the back door and no one once said anything all they did was shut off all the lights and when I tried to ask if they were closed I was ignored. I live down the street And I can assure you I will not return I’d rather drive out of my way to the other Burger King completely unprofessional and rude
EVERYTIME I GO HERE THEY MESS UP! They have a 70 year old lady on drive thru. I ordered 6 burritos and 6 hash browns. I received 2 burritos and one hash brown. Even after her asking me to repeat the order 4 times! I get better service in the ghetto
If you or someone you know is considering applying here DON'T.first, they sell food that has been sitting there for hours to save money secondly the assistant manager and Manger got mad for not coming into work on a day I was sick (one time) thirdly if they don't like you they will straight up just fire you. No warning no heads up just fire you doesn't matter that you're supporting kids or have so many other things to worry about it's not their concern. They will tell you that it is, it absolutely is not. They will also talk down to you like you are 12 and can't read. By far the worst job I have ever worked for plus absolutely terrible pay.
Somebody please tell that big fat, huge, angry wildebeest working in the drive-through that she does not have to work at Burger King
The place is clean. The people working there are nice enough but I really hate going and getting food for my grandkids and they forget items in the happy meals. We did end up with more apple juice than we should have but we had to split chicken nuggets between 3 kids since one of them were forgotten.
Why can't I get a hot burger anymore. Not just here, but any fast food restaurant. I think they all pre cook them and place them in a warmer. I had a cheeseburger and needless to say, the cheese wasn't melted. They are more concerned on fast service rather than a quality meal.
Customer service was great! Only thing is they don't accept app coupons. But everything else was great.
I went at about 10: 30am and it wasn't real busy, but it took a while to get served (?) Also, I was shocked at the 'have it your way' deal. It was$7 instead of $6 like the one up the street and I realized only too late that it did not include a drink When I did the math, the Whopper meal was no more expensive
My daughter and I stopped in for lunch while out working. The facility was very clean, staff was very professional getting us with a smile and assisting with any questions that I had. The restaurant was very clean and kid-friendly. The experience was very comfortable not a lot of traffic coming through. Enjoyed being able to take a quick break before heading back to work. I will be back to dine with my family again.
The worst meal at a Burger King that I have ever had. So congratulations to the manager of the store for that achievement. The nuggets were dried out, luke warm, and just nasty. I felt sick after trying just a couple. The other food wasn't much better, and I didn't finish the meal. Obviously food temps and quality are of no concern to them. I wonder if the health inspector would appreciate that? Also, the two ladies working the drive-thru on 9/12/22 at 2: 40p were not personable at all, and had about as much personality as rocks. Actually, I had a pet rock as a kid that had more. I had to repeat myself multiple times for every question as well, so thank you for that. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location as their management obviously has no clue how to hire employees or train them. Now if you'll excuse me, I may need to take my place on the porcelain throne, as it looks like I have just been crowned the next Burger King.
Apparently, asking for correction on a order at the window is too much to ask for. Takes too much of their time but want me to do a circle to go back in line to have my order corrected. No one else was in line. But ok. If showing good customer service takes too much of their time then I won’t be wasting mines go there again.
Put me on hold on drive through and left me to just sit there and no one got my order. On left lane they took 3 car orders and completely forgot about other lane. Ended up reversing out of drive through
