Burger King, Chandler AZ

I guess when you ask for half fries and half onion rings.they'll only give you the fry half. Lol wondering why I keep coming back to this place.

I paid $12 for a disgusting Whopper with no lettuce and tomato just because I asked for no onions. We are paying more for less and getting crappier food, service, and not worth it at all.

So I just went in to order some food first time here just when I was about to order, you can see straight to the back on who’s doing your food this guy was preparing someone’s burger, and he just decided to put the burger meat on his palm with no gloves on or anything to me this is disgusting and unacceptable. If you’re handling food, please put gloves on that’s how people get sick so I did not order anything after I seen that and just walked out I will not be coming here again

Horrible service! Under staffed on a Saturday night! They need to fire the person who made employees schedule! Cars are waiting out side for 20 mins + for their food. Not so much a fast food restaurant.

Whoppers are just regular size burgers now. Same for the BK Fish sandwich. They should rename them and reduce the cost to reflect the size reduction. But that's all locations. Last time here I waited several minutes and wasn't served with only 1 other customer in the restaurant before I had to leave. Guess they were short staffed. Ratings solely based on last visit.

I went for a quick stop it was really close to closing. My order was messed up just a little. This is the best Burger King I’ve been to. Manager came out to us before we noticed our order. Fixed it for us quickly and was so respectful. He went above and beyond.

The absolute slowest drive through in Arizona. I’ve been in line for 20minutes and counting. Crying baby in the car. If your want customer service go anywhere else. Disappointing….

Best Burger in the business. They serve the juiciest burgers, food always hot, and employees are nice. Place is clean and inviting.

I went in there to try to buy some breakfast and I was literally standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes and I was in a hurry to go to work so I had to leave and as I was leaving I realized that there was not even cars in the Drive-Thru so I don't even know why they were taking so long to take my order

7: 35 pm of sep 20 2022 they have the restaurant closed and the door says they close at 9 two of the guys on shift were hiding in the kitchen and after 5 min they thought I have left and they went to the door and see us there and started laughing. I hope they get fired because of them this restaurant lose some clients. Hope the manager contact’s me

This has got to be the worst place in Chandler, if you are not going to give hot food then just close up don’t charge people $12 and expect somebody to wanna eat cold food or and then you can’t give a refund because you claim that your register is closed and now I have to drive back tomorrow to get my refund

Had a really weird experience at Burger King. Customer service 100%, super respectful, fast service, and felt totally comfortable! Shout out to Angelo and the crew working today! July 31st 2022 7: 30 p.m. I highly recommend this Burger King!

Is it really that hard to get a single order right? I asked for the 2 for $12, original chicken and a hamburger. Why did I get two burgers? Seriously. Not difficult. And it isn't like I could go back and ask, the staff was so unpleasant and rude. I swear, every time I go to this location, there's always some type of an issue. Can't simply get it together here.

Horrible horrible location. People walked in after us and got their food BEFORE us! We didn’t even order much either…. Will not be back to this location ever! We had an Uber outside waiting for us too

Bazaar experience. Pulled up to order. Asked for a moment. Then when I told her I was about ready she asked me to come to the window. Me thinking there stuff is done or something go to the window. Where she asks me what I want to order. I was confused and said I have no idea u told me to pull up before I knew my whole order. She told me she couldn't hear me. I asked her why she didn't just ask me to turn my engine off in that case or tell me she couldnt hear me, like any other human would have and she ignored me. I asked for a menu then so I could order and her and her manager spoke to each other in Spanish and started laughing at me and my kids. Told me they would not give me a menu and that I could go around. Wait again. Decide what I wanted and then come back and tell them!? What in the world. Who would do that. Let alone ask someone to do that. We don't eat out o often and normally just hit jack in the box. We will just continue doing that

This location is ridiculous with their hours of operation. They close whenever they decide to and more often than not, they will have just the drive thru open. There have been several times, I've stopped there in the evening, well before the posted closing time to find it dark inside, the doors locked and no one inside.
When this location first opened, everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, the food was hot and freshly made and my order was never wrong. Unfortunately, none of those things are true now.
The biggest issue I have with Burger King in general is the price of a lg drink. $3.50
Are you high? Never will I pay that much money for something that costs them pennies per portion and that they allow unlimited refills of if you eat inside.

Have been going to this bk since it opened. Would go several times a week for a quick nugget snack. Last time we went was a few months ago and we waited in the drive through for 30 min just for some nuggets. Now the bk always seems to be closed, I’m guessing due to staff shortages since it’s in a prime location. Don’t drive out of your way for this bk, it’s probably closed.

Rude, closed early due to staff, but cusses out customer who waited in line 10+ minutes. Rude to other customers. Need actual management on site.

This location is supposed to be open per the website and Google. I just got here and The drive through and the lobby are closed. There are a few employees inside, I'm not sure what they are doing besides sitting at a table drinking soda. I understand that sometimes you are short-staffed, but change your online info to reflect that you are closed temporarily. Gas is too expensive to be driving there for it to be closed.

The worst BK one ever been to. I ordered one of the new whopper melts the other day and got it home and the bun wasn't even toasted. I don't mean it wasn't toasted enough, it wasn't toasted at all. Just white bread.

I have the crew the benefit of the doubt because of the crew shortage issues that most places have and tried to eat it but ended up throwing it away. Went back today and ordered the same thing and got the same result. I went back thru and talked to a, "manager" who refused to tell me her name, but she's short, heavy (fat) and has bad skin. She told me that was how those sandwiches are supposed to look and that they don't look like the pictures. I couldn't believe my ears. I asked her to touch the bread and she refused. Then she told me she watched them put it thru the toaster which is a lie because, as usual, this place was dead and out took me literally ten seconds to place my order and get to the window and the sandwich was ready within twenty seconds of that. I asked for her Regional Manager's phone number and she said, "It's online. "

I used to go here quite a bit because I live right across the street but I will never go here again and I hope she gets fired or demoted because there wasn't even anything in her to make things right. Unreal.
