Burger King, Tucson AZ

I visit this place multiple times a week, using the app for deals, driving thru for convenience out in the boonies known as Catalina

They still have their playland closed even though everyone else has there's open. They asked my son if he would like a toy or a cookie he said toy and then told him sorry we are out. Not happy with the service or getting a child's hopes up

They won't break a $100 bill unless you order over $50 of food. And the drive thru took 10 minutes before taking my order. You know, the order I didn't get because they wouldn't take my $100 bill.

I was one car behind the car in front of me and I waited over 20 minutes for someone to take my order. There were over 6 cars waiting behind me and people yelling out their windows. Plus then I sat at the window waiting for another 15 minutes. You can do better than 35 minutes with two cars BK!

Stopped yesterday morning for a hamburger. Evidently the cook was in a BAD mood. The customer in front of me asked the have the last of 5 sandwiches be made with no mayo. The cook yelled “ It is what it it and it’s gonna have mayo! ” She then yelled “ I’m gonna stop cooking! “. We left without ordering. Not sure what her problem was but she should be fired.

I like Burger King alot and we eat there now and then. We've pretty much always had great service with them both inside and drive thru, which is great! It's a very good feeling, if you go somewhere, shopping or dining and have polite, cheerful people that help you. It makes your day that much brighter.
If you are treated with kindness and smiles, it's rather infectious and hard to resist returning the sentiment as well. Try it and see if it doesn't work for you, but be sincere.

Worst customer service ever and not just due to today! Today though they Forgot part of my order and I didn't realize it till I got home, went straight back up there, Brendan told the cook in the back and instead of remaking it fresh they gave me food that was sitting on the shelf for about 20 minutes that they forgot to put in my bag. Also the nuggets were burnt so much you couldn't even eat them.

Absolutely Horrible customer service. They gave us cold, hard food and rolled their eyes at us because we asked for fresh food. Didn’t even get our order right on top of it & expected us to be okay with what they gave us. Bathroom was dirty. This place is absolutely horrible.

Drive thru order taker had unpleasant attitude and didn't get 2 of our burgers. Am from out of state so just not a good experience. And did not get my receipt so didn't bother going back.

Omg, the onion rings were almost good enough to go back and get more but next time, plus what great service!

Very dissatisfied! Food over cooked, couldn’t even bite) fries cold and hard! Couldn’t even get our order correct! Poor customer service! Very dirty place! Ketchup on walls massive dirty windows! And don’t get me started on the restrooms you would think that for the amount we paid our food would be edible, and place would be clean! Never again

If I could give it zero stars I would. This location is habitually slow to the point that I don’t think they even know what’s going on. Case in point my wife is a vegetarian and ordered the Impossible whopper. Got it home and yes there was an impossible pattie but on top of it was a regular meat patty! And the lobby is closed so we can’t take it back and there is always 6 cars in the drive through. Prices are unreasonable also. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

At the last minute I asked to leave off tomatoes and they did, in love this place. Plus the onion rings were perfect!

I haven't been here since national Burger day in 2020 with my brother. The burgers were cold and tasteless as were the fries.

I want to love my BK but they keep disappointing me. My order is either messed up, cold, old, or not what I ordered at all. I keep going back because I Love Burger King in general, and I hope every time it'll be better. I wished they loved it as much as I do.

Slowest drive through service I've ever seen. I started with 5 star and after each visit it loses more and more stars. 37 minute wait in drive through.

It's a lower end burger King but they all look like they could use a "Good Job keep up the work"
