Food was good, had return Italian chicken w fries. 2 for 6. A whole lot better price wise than the arches. 2 drinks, 2 Friesland. 14.00

They are so rude and slow we were in line for 45 min and they were in talking to the people inside. Never Never again it was so bad

This place is a joke when it comes to customer service never know if you can go inside are they close the lobby out of the blue and on top of that never know what you can order because everyday they have a different issue I really wish corporate would do a surprise visit and get to the bottom of this place

It's been awhile since I've eaten at this Burger King because of the old management but since they have a remedied that the food is fantastic the restaurant is clean and the place was packed

Food was okay. No dine in available and the customer service was robotic. Maybe the cashier was having a bad day or overworked but poor girl was like the soul got sucked out of her. Polite but robotic. Drive thru time quick and the food order was correct. If you need something quick and in a hurry then this is a good way to go.

Went to Burger King, decided to get off and order inside the poor manager was training new employees a there was a crowd gathering but she stayed calm and one by one she and her crew were able to get everyone served with a smile even. Thank you to all who were working this night

Only Burger King in the world that opens at 6am, but always has an excuse for not being ready for business at 6am. They either show up for work late, under staffed or "The system is rebooting. " They're like the human versions of McDonald's shake machines.

So you're the only place in Kingman that has shut down their indoor dining. I guess everywhere else will appreciate my business.

Went to the drive-through and ordered a large meal they tried to give me a small cup but charged me for a large drink and then they gave me an attitude because I told them don’t charge me for a large and only give me a small cup so after I asked to speak to the manager the girl working in drive-through whose name was Julie came out with a large cup magically and gave it to me and had the worst attitude about it … like why go through all that when they had a large the whole time! Very rude and the manager wouldn’t even come to speak to me! This Burger King I hardly go to because they are so dirty and disgusting looking anyway. I will never return

The District Manager told the staff "not to replenish inventory. " So, you advertise "ghost pepper chicken nuggets, " and actually don't have them (along with ketchup packets, large fry/drink containers, etc.) ?

Adam was excellent customer service! We showed up early and wanted to wait for lunch so sat and talked for awhile and once it was 10: 30 he came up and asked if we were ready to order. The food was yummy and came out fresh. Love this location! Give Adam a raise

I have to give the Manager an A+! I admired her courage and positive attitude. She had computer board malfunctions & everything else that could go wrong but she still gave service with a smile!

I wanted Denny's but the Wifey wanted to continue our road trip. We chose BK & they must have been short staffed. We were in the Drive thru for 30 mins or more. So if you're on a schedule stop at McDonald's or Jack In The Box. The Employee was very apologetic though.

Had their croissant breakfast sandwich and it had been under the lights too long I think. Bun was kind of mushy. All the moisture from the egg was in the bun. This was the second time this had happened. Also, their lot needs some attention. Lots of weeds and their picnic area leaves something to be desired. It's a place for the homeless to congregate and throw their trash. A little bit of weed spray by the owner and regular monitoring of the grounds would go a long ways Mr. Franchisee.

1 star because I can't get lower not a big line 3 cars in front of me waited 14 minutes to order another 20 after I ordered for 2 burgers worse service I have ever received from any bk.

Of course I got a whopper for the vegetables on it. Cant forget my vegetables. And the double TV's are very informative if you have the time to get the weather for the day or week ahead.

Always use the app for best deals whether in store, drive-thru, or order ahead. The promo codes are best bag for buck. Able to feed family of 6 for under 40 with small drinks.

Disrespectful I came from out of town the lobby was closed my car was broke down and they did not want to assist me in getting something to eat on which I was going to pay for.

Paid 29 dollars for 4 sandwiches and 3 of them were not what I ordered. Two chicken sandwiches were supposed to be deluxe and they were not. Both of my whoppers were supposed to be doubles and they were not. They didnt even ask me if I wanted doubles. Absolutely will not be going back. Not to mention the dining area was filthy and had a funny odor about it.

Staff was rude and impolite. The manager was very unprofessional. Lobby was closed and they never took my order through the drive thru.
