Burger King, Fort Mohave AZ

The double whopper and fries were super fresh I wish all burger kings were as good as the fort mohave burger king.

UPDATE: Wednesday 8th 2023.the food they now provide the customer is worse than ever.dont bother eatting here. While the Cashier Isaiah gave me a full refund and was courteous it didn't seem to phase him at the low quality they give their customers I guess this is there acceptable norm.

Employee wanted to argue about what i had recieved even when i presented her the receipt she got the manager as if i was lying.then the quality was dismal at best.it will be a while before i try this location again and we spent $70

Brought my daughter to play in the play area to burn some energy off, way to hot for outside. Very friendly staff, clean restaurant. Ordered fries, they made them fresh, double checked her milk to ensure it was still good. Good job, keep it up.

This is one of the best Burger Kings you can find! There's always a line while the golden arch restaurant across the street has a fraction of it's customers!

Customer service was decent, the drink machine is great and they have slushies as well which is cool. Although the food was soggy and tasted old. If I ever come back I'll just have a drink and pass on the food.

I cannot get ahold of the store itself I'm so frustrated.
Half of my order it was so saturated with mayonnaise it's gross can't even eat it

Not sure who I spoke to who took my order but very gracious and living then I got to the window and spoke to Vince about the VFW super great staff.

Food is ALWAYS cold. Try them out about once every 2 months, hoping they will improve, but just seems to get worse.

They snuck bacon onto an impossible burger. When i had to drive back to get a refund, because their phone number goes nowhere, the supervisor on duty expressed disbelief and then gave a flippant answer about refunds processing when they clear their batch. Makes me wonder what other stuff they do and get away with

Service. Fair not out standing this time around like normal then ordered shakes sounded good. Nope milk was bad. They used. Got refund. But just messedy stomach after drinking huge drink

Lauren was a complete C&%$.
Rude at the garble box, refused to accept a code from the app, we paid for the food.then she abandoned her post.
12 minutes later another employee opens the window to ring up the order of the vehicle behind me, I can see Lauren across the restaurant having some kind of hostile debate with a cardboard box. Another 5 minutes later, we got the Fries & Chicken Fries.

Maybe if the BK GM had more interest in running a Restaurant instead of banging the McDonald's GM across the street.

They forgot my cheese on my burgers and gave me free fries. They almost always have fresh food. I think because they are always busy.

I will say, I stopped going to BK because the BKs in Las Vegas, NV suck but this location changed my mind. Very very very good customer service and fresh food.

Dig it! We were there late and the service was beyond great! Food is always good and they get my custom order correct here!

Food has really gone down hill. The last 3 or 4 times I've been there, the hamburger looked sparse, it seems no one there knows what we'll done, crispy fries are. It seems they just give you what is already cooked. They've been cold or limpy, mostly.just a little warm. I never seem to get fresh, well done fries. So this last time, I ordered LG. Onion rings and they were not cooked. The coating on them was very pale yuk. After all this.they lost our business.
