Burger King, Maricopa AZ

I had always like BK but over my last 4 or 5 visits during the past year, the quality has gotten to the point where I'm not going to bother anymore. Example; I order either a whopper with cheese or a double cheeseburger. They just throw a cold slice of cheese and don't even bother to heat or melt it. Doesn't matter time of day, burger and cheese always cold. At least throw it in a microwave for 30 seconds.

Every time I go it is just a rough experience. So I go rarely now. Would like to go more but the service is rough and food is usually over cooked. Especially anything fried. Mozzarella is probably microwaved for like 30 seconds.

For the first time going to Burger King in Maricopa and I’ve been in this town for 10 years. I was too lazy to go across the way to get an order of fries. I asked the girl what she suggest and she said the chicken Junior sandwich.a bite and then I told my daughter to taste a bite of this horrible sandwich. This was the first in my last time ever going to Burger King within Maricopa.this was the driest thinnest, non-existent piece of chicken I’ve ever tasted in my life.

Whopper needs more vegetables and dressings, but good taste.
And for the Bacon and Swiss BK Royal Crispi Chicken, it just needed a little more seasoning, great taste.

Went through drive-thru and ordered no. 2 double whopper meal only to get all the way home to find a single patty and they charged me for a double smh. It’s sad that you still have to check your food before leaving even when ordering the simplest thing on the menu. Guess that’s my fault. Had to drive all the way back for them to correct my order and couldn’t even offer anything for my inconvenience due to employees not being able to follow simple instructions. Sucks this is the only one in town.

I got the Jr cheeseburger meal and it was terrible bun was beat up and dry, lettuce tomato and cheese were a bit wilted and not fresh. Cashier was nice. Food was subpar

Burger fries excellent. The vanilla shake isn't like I remembered. Did they change the recipe? Oh and the service was great.

Waited forever in the drive-thru just to get food that's old with hair in it I'll take my 50 dollars elsewhere. Not worth it turn around and go somewhere else

They are rude here, always out of stuff and the managers are very unprofessional, foods always cold! Wouldn’t recommend coming to this one

Although not the best I love coming here and getting the quarter pound king or bacon king both are very moist with mayo

It took 10 minutes of "please wait" at the microphone and 25 minutes of waiting at the window just for a chicken sandwich meal through the drive-thru. You wouldn't think that it would take that long, especially when the lobby was near empty and the drive-thru had 3 other cars when arriving. The food was hot when I finally got it, but I am personally disappointed in the unnecessary wait time.

Horribly slow service. Went through the drive thru at 5: 50pm, there were 4 customers in front of me, my order was taken around 6: 15, waited in parking lot until 6: 30 to get my food.
Worst is the cashier isn’t even apologetic, no sorry, no nothing, just “our kitchen is slow I can’t do anything about that”.
Don’t call yourself a fast food res if drive thru takes 45min.

This location doesn't work with the app, so you can't use any coupon or specials and can't see what local specials they have. They always seem to be short staffed, and the service is slow. I love burgerking in general, but I would say, skip this one.

Chicken wraps requires about a gallon of water it's very over cooked long wait carry out

Sitting in my car for over 20 mins waiting. Keep in mind I was the first person to use the drive through before I got packed in the last to get my food

Forgot part of my order. Virtually no line yet I was still asked to pull into the parking lot and wait for the food.
