Burger King, Buckeye AZ

Asks to me to back my car up in the drive through so they can take however long they need without being penalized. Such bad service to do this.

Made my food quickly and provided excellent service. They really keep the place clean and are attentive.

This place is under fraud audit. Today 1/22/24 I had an issue with them taking my card number, but not charging me for food. They asked if I wanted a receipt, and when I said no they gave me my food but for a much lower price. This concerned me. I then went and asked for my receipt and she was unable to produce it. Stating that since I declined a receipt initially she could not reprint one. I worked at BK for 3 years. This is not a true statement she said.

She then offered me cash back on my credit card. As long as she could run it again. I said no. I just want my receipt.

Then she gave me a receipt that wasn't mine. Credit card numbers did not match nor did the time.

This is when I called my bank and found my card had never been charged or authorized in the first place!

At this point she came back from the office with my receipt. From a time stamp of just then. Meaning she never charged my card at the moment as was planning to do nefarious things with the card number.

Evidenced by the fact she ran my card, WITHOUT SWIPING IT A SECOND TIME.

THE AUTHORIZATION TIME STAMP PROVES THIS.

Buckeye PD is now involved.

2nd time trying to see if I can get some food from this location. Of course it didn’t happen again. Pulled up, two drive ins to chose from. One car seemed to be ordering a grip of food. I was greeted and told to hold on. This other car kept ordering. I was like really, I gotta go back to work. No time to sit and spend my entire lunch waiting. Good luck. I won’t ever try this location again.

So many bad reviews I think maybe the kids working in it are running it.slowest drive thru ever! Then my food is cold.what's up scary King? Terrible horrible lame

All these reviews and corporate doesn’t do anything about it? Ordered a burger waited 20 minutes then was told they are closing and to come the next day for a refund or to get my order the next day. Why make me pay then wait that long then tell me to come back the next day?

The order was wrong, it took forever to get our entire order and when the lady was waiting for the chicken nuggets she had our food getting cold in the bag.
There seemed to be no communication between the workers of when food was ready.

Waited for 20 minutes in a drive through line before getting to the window. Tried to use a gift card. A Burger King GIFT CARD and was told they don't take those. Are you kidding me? Why wouldn't a burger King take a burger King gift card? This place is a joke.

Waited in the drive through line for more than 15 minutes before getting to the window. I ordered those royal chicken wraps and when I went to eat my lunch I found the chicken so burnt and rubbery I threw them away. This location is a waste of time and money.

I’ve been to Burger King twice in my entire life. Both times they got my order wrong. I probably won’t go back to any location.

I was there in the evening on wednsday 22nd! I had orderd a whopper jr with only lettuce, tomatoes, cheese added to it! No onions, no katchup.i told the joung boy with black hair 3 times and also he repeated it back.when i got to the window i asked again pls make sure the whopper jr has only those 3 added only! Due to my daughter allergic.to some.he was laughing, i was talking and he let the window shut! While talking! Very rude! And when i got home my daughter that is only 6 couldnt eat she cryed.about what found in it! I have never had a problem here! Until now! Are you now like mcdonalds cant handle orders! This is uncalled for he should be fired! He thought it was funny! And so should person who fixed it! Ive been coming here for 3 years.i called many times no one would answer.dont think its was right! To have to drive back! And return the mistake! Done dilibertly. She could have eneded up im the hospital! They thought it was funny! Something needs to be done or i will post on face book! Instragram! Tik tok!

Just heard an employee tell his managers he had covid and they still wanted him to come in. Absolutely insane! This place is run by a bunch of idiots. Kids always talking to friends as orders stack up, most of the time my order is wrong. Don’t even know why I keep going, but every single time it is a nightmare

Attempted to use coupons that were not expired and they would not take them. I want a response from management.

I was looking forward to my meal until I went to the bathroom.
It was disgusting the floor all around the toilet was sticky and in shades of grey muck and the sink looked like some wild animal had just finished using it.
Then I went to the counter to choose my drink and it too was like a feeding trough.
So by the time I sat down to eat my meal, I could not get the image of what I just saw out of my head.
Then I started thinking. Is that how clean the food prep area is?

Burger King is similar everywhere. This Burger King needed cleaning. The mens bathroom was awful. The soda fountain was a mess!

Severely disappointed! Ordered two chicken sandwich meals and an order of mozzarella sticks, got home to find mozzarella sticks over cooked and look like they had been sitting out for a while. Chicken sandwichs were mediocre. Definitely not what I was looking to spend $25+ on. Will never go back to this location again.

It's been awhile since I've been in a Burger King It is still mismanage still filthy The food is not what I call Burger King standards fries were delivered cold managers are workers instead of being a manager If you can't avoid this Burger King like the plague. Pitts Burger King it's not worth the money. Plus my table was dirty and the trash cans were dirty

Stay away from this location at all costs. All i ordered was some large fries and after waiting 15 min for them. I asked for either my food or my money back. And she took longer doing my refund on my fries than to just hand me some fries. Horrible customer service. Even when you are patient and nice.

If I could give a minus on service I would! 130 on 9/15 we stopped at this BK! I didn't even get the 1st order out when this EXTREMELY rude person start literally barking at me, I said "excuse me.can I please tell you my order first"? Which I did.her rudeness was VERY obvious as I finished giving her my order. When I rolled up to the window.if looks could kill I would have been dead.the hatred on her face was VERY OBVIOUS. VERY! All I asked her was "can I give you my order first"! Apparently "can you treat our customers rudely and be uncourteous" is a line item on the job app! Never again! Whatever she is paid it's way to much! Maybe she needs to be instructed on leaving her preconceived bias & hatred at door during her shift!

Only come here when I’m desperate and they never fail to always mess up my order and forget items.
