Burger King, Tucson AZ

Slow to non existing service. No one in the place and it took 15 minutes for chicken nuggets.

I like the food, the location, the cleanliness, and especially the employee attitude, which is terrific. The parking lot is huge and easy to get in and out of, and the wheelchair access is excellent. The ONLY thing I do not like is the fact that this location does not honor ANY on line offers through the website or app, EVER! This means that if I want to use my app when I am emailed offers, I have to drive miles out of my way, or just forget about using them. This is simply unacceptable in this day and age, and I do not intend to ever return to this location until I look on line and see that this has changed. Sorry Burger King, I unfortunately have to recommend to folks you DO NOT VISIT this particular location. Maybe if enough people go instead to some of the many, many, other fast food options around, the management or owners will wake up and join the 21st century, and honor the deals the chain advertises in direct marketing to its customers. SHAME ON YOU OWNERS/MANAGEMENT!

Filthy place. Hardly every clean or change the trash. Got sick off the wappers before. Took a bit to write this review, but hard not to forget. Why I made the extra effort to write this review.

They did my order wrong and the patty wasn't even hot or warm. Fries were not crispy or hot. They were room temperature. Disappointed. Do not recommend it.

We were traveling on the road like most people that come to this burger king. I hope yall enjoy the pictures I took from cross country food tour road trip. The staff was very friendly. I remember walking out, and they were like, "Be safe on the road. " It was really appreciated. Bk Whoppers are always on point.

Every hamburger I've had is like Luke warm. Dont you hate it when bk employee goes out of there way to make you look stupid. Ordered wopper with chease add bacon. Got no bacon asked for bacon when I went back up there other custumer confirmed no bacon on my burger, took back added bacon and brought back to me and told I'm stupid without telling me I'm stupid by showing me the bacon they added in back. Didn't think it was that big of deal but employees were pretty angry about it. Makes no sense to me.

It meets all expectations for a Burger King. Restaurant was clean, including the bathroom.

The place was clean, the staff were great and super nice. The only complaint was we asked for no mayo on one of the burgers and there was mayo. Could have asked to remake it but wife was ready to eat after a long drive.

I’ve been here a few times, strictly drive through. Never an issue and the food is always perfect. I’ve never waited for more than 5 minutes there and will be happy to return. Thank you!

Food was good but that hard to swallow once we got our drinks and saw the condition of the soda machine. It looks like it hasn't been wiped off for a solid month. I made the mistake of getting a straw towards the bottom of the pile and it's a sticky puddle down there. Might wanna run a towel over that

Two people running the whole restaurant at 730 breakfast time. Great people fast service with a smile. Jacob made it great.

Ordered breakfast through the drive through. Customer service was good but the food was horrible. I ordered a sauage/egg biscuit. There was no egg, the biscuit was stale like it was a day old, and the sausage was overcooked. My husband didn't get what he ordered. I don't visit this BK often but each time there has been something wrong with the order. My advice is find someplace else to eat.

Worst Burger King I've ever experienced. Went in 620pm May 15 asked for a side of tomato & lettuce. Tiny girl with long hair very nasty, rude & mean bickering with me so harsh I walked out. So this is how little kiddies working at BK are allowed to treat people.
Why is there no mngr to supervise the kids. DO NOT GO HERE. Am extremely disgusted.

Just when I had thought I lost hope in Burger King, I ate here and had the best whopper and fries I had probably ever eaten.
