Burger King, Phoenix AZ

I just stopped by the drive thru and the girl at the window was wearing her mask below her mouth and i saw all employees wearing their mask covering only their mouths below nose

The staff is good. It’s pretty clean. Overall it’s a good BK. Now if they’ve only turn off the fake news CNN that they play in the dining room!

The restaurant is clean, great service, except that the food was not fresh, the coffee was cold and the breakfast was cold as well

Called customer service in India was told the location manager would call about botched order where instead of getting two breakfast sandwiches hash browns and coffee they have me two orders of rock hard fried chicken sawdust, they never called. Two weeks in a row I had problems with this location. First time came in on a Saturday to get breakfast for 10 people at my work. Location was supposed to open at 6: 30, did not open until 6: 45. I was there right at 6: 30. Employees inside ignored me. Went to the window because no one was answering at the drive through kiosk. Employee was right on the other side of the window doing something with the register, would not acknowledge me only thing I was asking is what time are you going to open. Waited at the front door until they finally opened at 6: 45 received my food at 7: 12, so I was there for 42 minutes before I could get my order. The next Saturday the my employees ordered from Mc Donalds but I didn't because I like the BK sandwiches so this time I waited and went around 8: 00 AM. I ordered from a coupon, #8202, I believe, supposed to be two breakfast sandwiches, tater tots and coffee, they said they did not have coffee at 8 in the morning so I said what can you give me instead and they said Orange Juice, when I got to the window she gave me the total and she had changed me 40 cents extra for the OJ. She said she had to, even though I wanted covered but they had none. I told her to take it off then. She hands me my bag, I drive back to my jobsite and when I open out, it's two orders of fried chicken sawdust tots, no sandwiches no tater tots just over fried chicken parts. As I said, I talked to someone I could barely understand in customer service and she could not understand me because I had to repeat the story over and over. She offered to send me a coupon for a free whopper or have the restaurant manager contact me. I chose the latter and no one ever called me. Either get that location operating properly our close it

Food was so tasty. Looking forward to returning with my friends. Prices were decent. Mood here reminds me of San Diego's scene.

This place was so not organised the staff charge me for stuff I didn't order gave me someone eles and that staff was so very nastier I well never go back

Everything is always hot and fresh and there customer service skills are at their best keep up the good work guys

Need to be a little more respectful to customers and keep the air conditioner on in the lobby in the summer time as long as there are still customers. They also covered up all the outlets in the lobby. Not cool.

3 weeks in a row I have been in this location for a meeting and they still have not fixed air conditioning in a weather temperature of 105-109F. Is it because they are in a low income area and so "those people" can take "the hell"? If in any otther area a bit North it would have been fixed in a jiffy. Manager: KEEP moving or I will be writing negative reviews until the day you fix it.now.if you don't care.then another deal

Best place to get a quick bite or dinner never had a problem with this place workers are sweet awesome patience and fast

It's cheap fast-food with minimum wage workers that don't really care. How good can you really expect?

The people are friendly, the service is quick, the fries are okay the crispy chicken breast sandwich was slightly green and harder than a dogs chew toy. I usually love burger king but this was a bad deal. No dinner for me tonight. 8/17/18

It was a great experience this time. Clean and neat order. But the first time was not a great experience. I asked for my jr. Whoppers off the boiler.they where not.then the fries taste d not good.over I gave a *. (The first time was the drive thru). No good. But I see they need to be more attention to the customers in the front lobby. But today was much better. Give a *****. Thank you.it was delicious

Went there and ordered two whoppers and two small fries. Got home and only had 1 fry and the whopper was dry with no pickles. I hate that even when it's not super busy they can't seem to get your order correct!

I was disappointed to see how outdated the establishment is. The restrooms were clean but had a smell. The workers were not having it, maybe because the kitchen looked so old it's hard to be happy at work.

I always get my food cold. Like i payed half price. I even have asked to be fresh made and still get it cold is ridiculous. I wish there was a 0 star

The manager sucks the cashier sucks and they don't care about customer service. Also they told me that corporate and private own franchise they don't care about the customer service. They lost a customer but since they don't care about customers they won't even give a f$&@k about this post.

Cant expect much.its Burger King. Location is smack-dab in the middle of the ghetto, the food was gross, and the cashier sneezed on me. Lots of shady types walking in and out, but not eating or buying food. The bathroom was fairly clean, so an extra star for that. There should be a sign out front that says "enter at your own risk"!

It's a 50-50 chance of getting good service. Depending on which manager is there and which employees
