Clean friendly staff and the food was all made to perfectiin a must for bk fans like me since 1992

Bad enough there were mask-less people packed in to this tiny store during the pandemic, but $3.50 for a soda? With a big, grammatically incorrect sign taped over the machine telling you that re-fills are NOT allowed? No thanks.

I've been waiting in line for a while no one has even acknowledged i exist really bad customer service finally got helped but doesn't seem like anyone is working the front not gonna come here again

Seems very clean. Update: I stopped in for their breakfast sandwich. In a word, pathetic. It was barely room temperature, the cheese looked like it was even colder. I don't know if it was pre-made or what, but I'm done with their breakfast offerings.

Even during lunch rush the quality did not fail to deliver the satisfaction I deserve. The wait was worth the cheese being completely melted (something that never happens)

Food was decent, restaurant could use some tidying in the afternoon hours. Several tables were dirty.

Got my order and food quick however, staff is very unpleasant with their conversations and attitude. We were verey uncomfortable.

The service isn’t horrible but considering a got a pretty much empty bbq sauce and a nothing but catsup burger is not pleasing at all

Manager AL always makes sure food is fresh, dinning area is clean, everyone friendly and professional.

Incorrect order an the cheese never has a full melt just needs 10 seconds longer on the grill or in the steamer. Hell microwave it just make it melted. Same issue at every location.

Terrible had to complain to health Dept bad service, cold food, near discriminate practices.stay clear

It's not bad it's not good it's Burger King like others in the passed they have value menu best deal 2 for 10 dollars good deal onion rings are Bready and the french fries well they leave a little to be desired. But if you're hungry in a hurry Services A1 of this place

Service is the best way to get the real money to work on the internet and the internet is a great place to work and to be able to pass this stage of your business to your business and your business and your business to make your business easier for you brand was ğreat love him. I WOULD have given them 5 stars before this happened, so I ordered my food, got my bag and left, service was really great, the place was very clean, but I got home and realized, they forgot my chicken sandwich.i drove back 5 mins to go get my chicken and it was just sitting there, in the heater by the counter, the ONE saving grace was how nice and apologetic they were, offered me a pie for my troubles. Good place, just make sure you check your bag before you leave

I've actually never been inside this restaurant before but I am definitely impressed with the drive through service, the staff is usually humorous and always seem really happy. I always get everything made fresh and so far it's the only burger kind in tucson that has not disappointed. I dont typically leave fast food reviews but damn after years of coming here I am still impressed every time.

Worst service ever. Went through drive-thru 1028 to be exact and they refuse to serve me breakfast I asked to speak to a manager and he told me to leave the drive-thru So I pull up to the window to get a manager's name and he threatened to call the police because I wanna file a complaint. Not only did I get ignored but he made my son cry.i will have to go above the manager Matt since he didnt do a damn thing about this horrible customer service. Wow

DIRTY PLACE! It’s located in a very nice plaza, next to Northstrom but this place is FILTHY! I will not bring my family here nor will come back!

Horrible, dirty eating area, disgusting tasting "food". Tables dirty and sticking, grease on door handles, employees leaning towards the wall. Staff doesn't give a flying f about people going in. Fries were from yesterday I'm sure. Never going back.

To be honest, the messed up my order bad.first off it wasnt even busy to screw it up. Second they forgot two small orders of fries.and I didn't even order a lot. It was 2 sandwiches and two small fries.third and finally the food wasnt even fresh.it tasted pretty terrible. I'm just surprised how this all got messed up when my order was small

I don't normally leave reviews but I just had to tonight. I stopped in on my way home from picking up my kids and ordered a bunch of food, got all the way home to realize half of the food was missing. I drove back up to store pretty upset having to reload all my children and not have our dinner. The staff totally RESOLVED the problem with an extremely apologetic staff that showed Empathy and really great Customer Service! The Manager was very understanding and professional as he resolved my problem and had me leaving the store far beyond what I expected! Every single staff member showed Empathy and was just super Awesome! Glad to have people like them still around!
