The chicken sandwich that you see on TV is a lot bigger with smaller bread than the actual meal you get. Also tasted mostly like fried oily yucky breadcrumb stuff. As the old saying is where's the beef
I went through the drive thru, one of my burgers wasn't in the bag which I didn't realize until I got home. The burger was on the receipt, so I paid for it. I called, spoke to the manager on duty and she told me if I didn't want to come back she'd write my name down and I could come back another day. Also I would get a free side of fries for the inconvenience. I went back today and the manager on duty was Scott he was very rude and refused to give me the burger I already paid for, when I was also planning to order more food on top of that! He said he couldn't do anything unless I had the receipt, which I did not. So I didn't order any food at all and left. Very unprofessional and obviously poor communication between the management at this location! From now on, I will drive farther to the location at 91st Ave and Peoria since they are run by excellent management and our orders are always correct.
