Burgers by the Bridge, Lake Havasu City AZ

We visited this place on Sunday, June 18th, 2023. The food was good. The atmosphere and the views were amazing. I absolutely love how welcoming they are to all the doggies. The downfall to this place was the service provided by the server/waitress. I waited a good 35 minutes at least before realizing she would never approach our table and ask if we were in need of anything more. I finally got up to order a couple more drinks. We had already ordered, ate, and entered from the front entrance. We were told that if we needed anything after our first order at the front counter, there would be servers if we needed anything else. I waited and never was asked anything at all, so i got up to order more drinks. I asked the server if i needed to get back in line, and she asked me if i was already seated. I said yes, and then she made it sound like it was my fault because she had been in the general area already and asked "everyone" if they were good (everyone besides our table). She told me not to worry about getting back in line and that she would come back to our table and ask us what we needed/wanted. Again, we waited and waited. She specifically knew I was waiting to order, but she proceeded to ask every other table around us if they needed anything before walking away. The table next to us noticed the entire thing and ordered our drinks for us with another server nearby. It wasn't just obvious to us if the table next to us noticed. Not ONCE were we ever approached or checked on. It was obvious and upsetting enough to leave a review and let others know this is possibly the service you may receive. Just a warning that if the server is having a bad day, she may be trying to make you pay for it. We all have bad days, but this is no excuse to be rude or unkind towards others.

Food was amazing, atmosphere was on point, and best its fur baby friendly so we were able to bring our German Shepherd. There was water bowls and pup treats for too. Definitely a must go when in town.

Staff were fantastic, from the gals taking orders to the crew running outside Made sure everyone had everything thy needed for a great time. Serious Portion Size Im a Big Eater and one of the rare times I left w a Box LOL.

Burger and fries average. Ordered a chocolate shake which had no ice cream in it. It was ice, milk, chocolate concoction for making mudslides. Should not call it a milkshake.

I was here on a Wednesday afternoon. The servers were very friendly and the food came quickly and was delicious!

Decent food fry’s kinda sucked were over cooked overall poor quality service is the reason for this one star

I feel like for what it cost the food could be better. My beer was not ice cold, maybe you would have better luck with a cocktail. It is a very convenient location on the bridge.

It's ok. A bit of a wait, and a longer wait to get your order. Service is excellent
Now, about the Fish N Chips.at the London Bridge?
Not even close to any Fish N Chips in England.but. SHHH.don't tell the tourist!

Work is incorrectly organized.a long line outside on the sun at a temperature of 110F.my husband was standing in line and I sat down at a table inside so as not to stand in the sun.a waitress came up and said that I should stand in line.and not take a place at the table but I said that my husband was standing there.as a result, we did not order anything there.food looks all overcooked and plus rude and inattentive staff.terrible experience it recommended

The staff is super friendly. Burger and fries were great. The location is also really nice, and I love that it's dog friendly.

Passing through Lake Havasu City we decided to have a burger here.

What a hilarious city. From this restaurant you have a nice view of the London Bridge. And the terrace had mist sprayers on the outsides that keep the terrace reasonably cool.

I found the staff friendly. The food is ok. My burger was tasty but slightly overcooked and the fries very limp.

Location is great, right by the bridge and the river, in the same area as the London Bridge visitor center. The price is reasonable, big pizza only $17, Hawaiian burger $12 which tasted really good. $6 margarita is so so. Ice water is free of charge. There’s 3 step order system. 1: order drink 2: order food 3: find a place to seat. The menu is on the counter right after you enter the door.

Such a great place! Very dog friendly. They have a special fog menu and every dog gets a bowl of water.
Food and service is always excellent.

There's a few things that could make this establishment better:
Just use Numbers for the orders and stop shouting in the dining room every 30 seconds. "I have an order for Scott! ". Annoying.
Have more than one person making drinks at one time so we can move through the line faster.
I don't know if you are baking the fries or microwaving them or something, but the texture was kinda weird.
Finally just put some booze in the margaritas, I don't want virgin drinks.
Waste of a good location.

We had our dog with us and just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. We are so glad we stopped here. We had just a bit of trouble finding it because the sign is way around the corner closest to the bridge. It’s the fish and chips place. The food and drinks were excellent. We both had mushroom Swiss burgers and I opted for onion rings instead of fries. They were amazing. I also had a spiked lemonade that was delicious and hit the spot on a hot day. I appreciate they are dog-friendly and they actually brought over a dog dish with water.

The staff, the food and the drink are all Amazing! I lived in Seattle for years and Ivar's clam chowder has been my #1 for years. No other clam chowder has ever been better! UNTIL I WENT TO BURGERS BY THE BRIDGE! Hands down, Best Clam chowder bowl I've ever had! And let's also talk about the Crispy-moist and flakey Fish and chips. The fries are the nest ive ever had, you can tell they are hand cut, right then and feied with fresh oil! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Only thing I would change is that they serve mixed drinks out of kid cups. And we ordered doubles.

The Carne asada tacos are so amazing and the frozen Margaritas! Their Clam Chowder was my favorite, but I wish they would bring back the sourdough bowl. The fish and chips are so delicious!

Awesome place to chill in the shade and watch the boats go by. Great atmosphere, service, and food! Maria was WONDERFUL! Sweet, kind, and concerned my picky child didn’t like her food. But all was good!
