Love this location much bigger store kept stocked and clean friendly staff great prices lots to choose from

I am really upset I came to purchase holiday presents and it shows on the website they are scheduled until 10 p.m. And it was 9: 15 p.m. Doors were already locked and customers were still in store shopping. The staff inside the store were just avoiding to look towards the door because there was people standing outside trying to go in. If i could give no stars i would definitely give no stars.

Their was a friendly security guard to great me when I entered. The store is clean and well organized, things are easy to find. I liked the clothing selections good and the prices low; great value. The cashier was friendly and helpful.

The cashier Guadalupe is very friendly and she has helped me on 2 different occasions. Each time has been pleasant. Thank you and stay awesome.

It is not nearly as nice as it used to be. It has a going out of business vibe going on. I may have been on an off day, but that was the feeling I got.

Besides the vagrant in the restroom scaring my child and the very unorganized shelves I always find something great.

So many things to see & buy! And not enough staffing, I guess? Their floors had various stuff lingering. Damages the product and places consequences to safety environment. Awesome greeter at the door that directs and answers customers needs.

Before I could enter the store I was stopped by security and told I wasn't allowed to enter. I asked why and was told that they did not need to give any reason. I was confused as I have been shopping at this particular Burlington for years. I merely as for an explanation, as again, I never had an issue with security in the past. He explained that his manager told him not to let me in. Again, I just wanted an answer as to why that was the case. I asked to speak with the manager. She came over and repeated the same thing security said about not needing to give me a reason to refuse service to me. I told them I understood, but that it would be nice to get an explanation as I wasn't exhibiting any behavior that would warrant such refusal. The manager then said I could come in just this once, but I would need to leave my backpack behind the counter. I asked if the reason they were refusing service was because I had a backpack with me. Both her and security answered no. I will no longer continue shopping at this location. This is such a disrespectful way to treat potential and returning customers. Also, for your consideration, I take a small backpack with me whenever I shop as I ride the bus and carry reusable bags in there. If any stores have an issue they merely ask me to place it behind the counter, which rarely happens.

I'm giving two stars because i like the prices and merchandise but they never have enough staff. Lines are long and almost everytime I'm there no carts are available but thank goodness there is someone greeting me as I come through the door. Although he never looked up from his phone. Maybe he could be better utilized rounding up carts or straightening up the racks and shelves. I think I'll try a different store from now on.

MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO BURLINGTON YESTERDAY (4/23/22) AROUND 7: 40 AND WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THE SECURITY GUY HIS NAME IS (NOAH) STOPPED US AND DIDNT LET US IN WE ASKED ARE YOU CLOSED AND HE TURNED AND LOOKED AT A LADY WITCH TURNED OUT TO BE “MANAGER” HER NAME I THINK IS (MARIBEL) AND BOTH SAID YES WE ARE SO WE WALKED TO OUR CAR AND DROVE SLOWLY LOOKING BACK AND SAW ALOT OF PEOPLE WALKING IN SO WE WENT BACK AND TOLD THEM WHAT WAS GOING ON WHY ARE THEY NOT LETTING US IN WHEN THEY ARE LETTING OTHER PEOPLE IN AND THE “MANAGER” SAID THAT IT WAS BECAUSE OF THEIR CAMERAS AND SECURITY THEY LITERALLY CONFUSED MY HUSBAND WITH SOMEONE ELSE I ASKED TO BE SHOWN PROOF AND THE “MANAGER” SAID THEY COULD NOT MY HUSBAND EVEN SHOWED THEM HIS MONEY AND TOLD THEM HE IS NOT A THEIF AND THE “MANAGER” APOLOGIZED TO HIM BUT THAT ISNT ENOUGH IF YOUR NOT SURE OF WHO HE IS YOU SHOULDNT MAKE ANY ACCUSATIONS AT ALL! OR EVEN JUDGE ANYONE BY HOW THEY LOOK OR DRESS!

The rocks were very empty. Most of the shirts are $9.99 up. The Burlington in Wichita falls I must admit is much better.

Awesome clothes, big and small sizes. All top brands for a whole lot less saved over 200.00$
