The BEST customer service I've had in a long time! Bought 4 tires for a trailer I own and they were fast and wore masks! So respectful, polite and knowledgeable! A+!

I was in a collision and had my car towed here. They took care of me very quickly even with no advance notice. Also, very friendly! Would love to come back again (hopefully under better circumstances next time).

Guy was rude, i think he doesn't like dealing with females. And he was a rip-off. I don't recommend this place for repairs but i can't give an opinion on the quality of their tires because i didn't buy them there.

They really care about their customers here. And that’s why I continue to return. The waiting area is boring and nothing to to be excited about. Bring a book to read or a tablet to watch a show and pass the time.

I had a great experience while getting a new tire. I was in the area from out of state and got a flat. I took my car in to have the tire looked at and found out I had 2 nails in my tire. The staff was very honest and professional. I was in and out in just over an hour. I couldn't have askas for a better experience.

Love this place. They consistently beat all competitors prices by a mile! Call ahead and schedule. They won't disappoint!

Great customer service, a little longer wait than expected but good place to bring your vehicle

I work out of my truck pulling a trailer everyday cleaning carpet and tile.it's especially busy now, I noticed earlier in the day a grinding on my brakes (thinking how am I going to get this fixed). So I gave Aaron at CNR Tire (on Parkside off 19th Avenue, a call at 4: 45 p.m.) he said come right down.l asked, at least determine how bad it was and how urgent it need was? Upon putting it immediately up on the rack notice that one of my rotors was very bad, the other one was just starting to score as well as the pads needing to be replaced. They already ordered the parts before putting it up on the rack but after further inspections noticed the caliper was also badly cracked, called a closer supplier since the other parts were already in route to order the caliper and had it all installed and ready to go by 6: 30. I am a regular client so I believe they gave me a bit of a precedence. So thank you CNR Tire Chris Erin for giving me the okay to come down and check it out Chris for ordering the ordering the parts immediately and jumping on my emergency and especially to Mike the lead mechanic who did an awesome job so efficiently AND quickly!

First time to the Pinnacle Peak location. They messed up my first appointment by forgetting the order the tires needed for my car but they made it right by apologizing and said that i could come in the next day and they would stay after they closed to make sure they got the tires on my car. I would come back here again.

Been using them in a personal and professional capacity for years. Always honorable and honest.

The guys down at C & R are great! I've been there twice now. Both times I have received excellent service and they tell it how it is, no BS games. I have found my new tire shop.

Every time I've brought my Xterra in they've been honest and helpful. They don't up sell you, they just provide you with the information and advice you need. I appreciate all their hard work.

We blew a trailer tire this afternoon on the way to Happy Jack and these guys bent over backwards to help us out at 4 on a Friday. I had a truck filled with 3 kids and 2 dogs and I cannot be more grateful. You have earned our business!

We are happy with C & R in both Anthem and Pinnacle Peak (Deer Valley) locations. They are fairly priced and do not suggest work you don't need. I am used to mechanics trying to put one over on me because I'm a woman, but C & R does not pull that nonsense.

Awesome service. Went here for a brake check and 2nd opinion on work recommended by the toyota dealer.

Took care of brake issue at a very reasonable cost. Confirmed my suspicion that the toyota dealer was less that honest - C & R found no major issues and even gave me the mechanics inspection report that was very thorough.
