Cabins At Creekside, Payson AZ

This is our second time staying here and we will definitely be back! We have always loved hiking on the rim and enjoy the lakes, but we have fallen a little bit in love with the Cabins at Creekside. The staff is wonderful, the grounds are beautiful, and the food at the restaurant is delicious! Thank you Justin, Josh, Izzy, and everyone for all of your kindness! We will recommend to all our friends and family. #GratefulForYou

Caution with this place.

I purchased a Groupon for the Jeep Tour back in June 2023. I used the email provided with the Groupon to book the trip. NO RESONSE.
I looked up the phone number and called to book on 8/21,8/22, and on 8/26, NO RESONSE.
We happen to live 30 minutes away from Christopher Creek, we drove over there on 8/31/23.
Spoke to the Bar Manager, in person, she informed us they had no current driver for the tours. She said she would talk to the owners and get back to me about a refund after the Labor Day weekend. NO CALL BACK.
I did inform her I had emailed and had left numerous messages with no response.
I am now working with Groupon to get a refund.
Be aware this place is questionable and you may be putting your money at risk.

The cabins at creek side are Rustique manifique! We are really enjoying our stay here. There’s all the amenities we need and more. What a sweet place to get away and be in beautiful nature.

We were just there for my granddaughters wedding over Labor Day weekend. The venue was amazing, the views breathtaking. Service was outstanding, and could not have asked for anything more. Everybody stayed at the cabins and it was a wonderful get together. Memories that will last forever.

We came here for a family wedding and had a wonderful time! The cabins are clean and cozy and the grounds are well kept. The food and service provided by the creek side staff for our event was top notch.

Great place for rustic cabin experience. Food at restaurant was great and live music was a bonus. Only thing that would have made it better was a campfire but couldn’t happen due to restrictions. When they are lifted has a great area for camp fire.

Great place & people like being in the middle of the woods! AWSOME bar& restaurant & GREAT FOOD! Plus able to see some close lakes & criek so close great days to explore! Great propane for evening fires & corn hope! Wonderful place to stay. Can’t wait to visit Again! ️️️️️️️️️️️️

Fantastic place to enjoy family. I have stayed here about 5 times and have reservations for the end of the week.

I called find out the situation regarding fireworks and July 4th as Fireworks are illegal in Payson. Unfortunately the owner was unable to make sure that there will be none. I'm looking for a 3x year fireworks free guaranteed free zone. So 5 stars for honesty but if it were my property and 3 at most with the environment (desert) and surrounding laws I would make sure no guests broke laws.

It was great, we were tired and we needed a place to rest our heads me and my wife, it was fast and it was ready, a perfect way to get away and rest. The view from the cabin was beautiful and breathtaking. Just across the street the restaurant was perfect, the people were delightfully friendly, and we're served quite fast actually. Me and my wife actually posted about the bed, we both woke up refreshed and we fell asleep right away and woke up rested fully. I do need a bed just like that one. Thank you for serving us so quickly when we were needing our rest. I will definitely go back there.

We had the best stay for Father’s Day weekend 2023! Justin and the staff were more than accommodating to organize group reservations, help us get settled, and make our stay a 10/10 experience. Justin went above and beyond for a group dinner at the restaurant Saturday night that was executed perfectly and ran smoothly with 30+ people. I cannot sing their praises enough- we will be back!

Awesome place and great friendly helpful people. The wedding venue was outstanding. Loved it! Justin is the man!

I really liked the touch base by phone, Spoke with a very nice gentleman. The cabin was extraordinarily spacious, great for family and friend get togethers. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare a meal. Lots of seating, I definitely recommend. We appreciated the dog friendly accommodations. That is often a challenge. Enjoyed our stay.

We went in for drinks and found the place charming and clean. Savannah was our bartender and she was AWESOME - knowledgeable about the area, friendly, and made great drinks!

Cabin was amazing, spacious, comfortable and super dog friendly! Lots of hikes nearby and the creek was so fun for us and the dog. Food at the tavern was great and Nicki was amazing. The apple cobbler is not to be missed can’t wait to come back!
