I really like Dr. Vargas. He’s an excellent pediatrician and I’m happy to have him as my doctor.

Everyone at Cactus Childrens Clinic is kind and caring. They are very accommodating with sick appointments and always take the best care of my kiddos! 10/10 would recommend the clinic!

We’ve taken our kids here for 11 years total now. We’ve seen all of the doctors they’ve had to offer throughout that time, and they have all been amazing. When it comes to your children, you want the best. This practice has been consistently great for our family and we are very grateful.

My kids have been seen here since birth. Doctors and staff are friendly, caring, and attentive.

Able to get in very quick. Made my son and us feel at ease with the appointment. Our NP was awesome.

They always make time for a visit when you’re worried about your child. They are patient and thorough even though they are working you in.

Not only did they take great care of my son when he wasn’t feeling well but when my truck battery died in their parking lot, they didn’t hesitate to help me there too. Great doctors, nurses, staff and just great people!

It is very far from my house but I like the attention of Dr. Ojha and Dr. Vargas, always very accurate, although I do not recommend Dr. Navarrete with her at all if I have had a bad experience.

The staff at Cactus Children's Clinic are awesome. Dr Fisher has been great getting my children in to specialists when needed. Her attention to details and focus on the kids is comforting.

Cactus childrens has always been amazing to us. They’ve always gotten us in same day when we call, usually within a few hours. Kaci is amazing and always addresses all concerns without feeling rushed.

Love this location! We’ve been going for years! Dr. Fisher sees my kids. We started with one now all 3 go been going here for 13 years would choose another location. It’s beautiful inside, super fun decorated for kids, we’ve been squeezed in for emergencies and all the staff we have had are amazing, caring, knowledgeable, and respectful! The rooms are always clean and organized totally recommend for you to take your little ones to this location. Top it off they have 2 different waiting rooms one for sick and one for well! To keep our kids safe

We have been long time patients of Cactus Children’s Clinic. Our primary pediatrician retired and we started seeing Kaci. Hesitation initially, just meeting someone new and building trust with our children. Almost two years later, I have zero regrets. Kaci is amazing. She has a way with teenagers and makes our daughter feel comfortable. She honestly goes above and beyond. I can not say enough praise about Kaci. Thank you!

Such an awesome clinic! Support staff is nice, prompt and efficient. Dr. Navarette is incredible. Such a kind, warm, personable conversation every visit. She treats my son with personalized care and always answers all my questions, spending ample time with us. We never feel rushed. We would recommend her and this clinic to anyone!

Like all the other reviews, we keep coming here because we love Dr Vargas but the office staff and environment is very transactional and lacks a positive customer service experience. They charge you extra for filling out forms or force you to make an appointment even if the kids are up to date on their well checks. There are signs all over the office about their rules and fees. It gives the place a very negative tone. When you bring up your concerns you are ignored or dismissed. Its very sad how downhill this practice has gone after Dr West retired.

Don't be an 8am appointment, will charge you $25 no-show if you cannot make it and call to cancel/reschedule within an hour prior. Since they are closed so makes it impossible to avoid the fee.
