Not so much a review but I'm in the market looking for a new car, I have been talking to Devon who has been amazing, my only question is -

How is it that out of all the dealerships in town, this is the only one that has decent cars and low miles? Do most of the cars have rebuilt motors? Just curious before I fully commit.
