Cactus Medical Center / Arizona Pain Relief - Lake Pleasant, Peoria AZ

1st time in, and my last time. Me and my wife went in for massages and physically therapy after a car accident.after I settled with the insurance, i made appointments. 1st day they asked for the insurance I made the settlement went with. They failed too contact the insurance too see if any coverage was gonna be taken of. Even asked them " is the insurance gonna take care of this? " response" yes! "After a whole month they did not contact them and they billed me. They stated "they did everything they can too communicate with the insurance " which is false. They billed after a whole month. If they did everything they could too communicate, then it would have been taken care of on the first day! After I gave them the information!
I would recommend else where. Find some place thats more in tune with there customers, and who can be more informative and less Incompetent. Thank you Shelly

Dr. Eldridge and everyone at the practice are always so helpful. Dr. Eldridge in particular has been helping me with low back and hip pain and, although, not where I want to be, I am starting to feel better. So happy I went to see him. I've seen several chiropractors over the years and he is by far the best.

I never thought i'd be getting physical therapy but life happens and this place has been helping me so much after my husband and i got in a car accident. They really make sure you're doing the stretches correctly and so forth. Dr. Terry and the staff are really nice and informative. Thank you guys!

Dr. Kulp is an amazing chiropractor! I am pain free thanks to him. He is always very gentle, patient, and knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions and really explain what was causing my pain. Thank you Dr. Kulp! And Judy is always so warm and welcoming!

The staff at Cactus Medical are all professional, friendly and caring. Their team approach and a physically therapy plan addressed my pain issues more than any other treatments I've received elsewhere. I'm 71 years old and have had rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years. I highly recommend them as long as you are willing to put in the work to keep your body working like it should.

Dr. Eldridge and his staff are very friendly. A fun experience everytime. Wait time is excellent. They all care about your health and well being and have a great sense of humor. Family like atmosphere. Love them! Very clean environment.
