I felt welcomed by Carmen, from the time I entered the front door. Was already checked in. The X ray process was great. Monalisa was cool she talked to me through the process and I felt at ease. Dr Tim was great checking my teeth conversational as well. I highly recommend Cactus Point Dental. Jamiee the hygienist was amazing, and thorough with the teeth cleaning and explaining to me what’s up each step of the cleaning. Y’all have a cool vibe.

Cactus Point Dental staff was friendly and extremely helpful from the receptionist to the hygienist to Dr. Stradling. Work was done in a very professional manner and done quickly. Cactus Point Dental was a wonderful find.

Cactus Point Dental feels like a collection of kind humans who happen to practice dentistry. It’s quite clearly a culture that values their client’s experience, as well as integrity and a work well done.

My kids always look forward to their appointments — that speaks for itself.

The wall and ceiling TVs tuned to ‘How Things Are Made’ (or some other curiosity-feeding show) + cozy blankets are icing on the cake …or toothpaste on the toothbrush, rather. ;)

Best dentist office ever. Walked in and saw Bob Ross playing on the TV and I knew this was the right place to be. From Lexi at the front desk, to Mona Lisa taking xrays, Jamie giving me my cleaning, Dr. Stradling handling the cavities, and Carmen going over billing, I can't recommend this office more. The fact that they have pretty much nothing but 5* reviews says it all.

Lena was great. You all are always so friendly at each of my appointments. This was my first time with Lena and she made my anxious self very comfortable and I liked that she talked me through each step with what she was doing. Thank you all for being so great.

Front office staff was amazing and very helpful. Lena was insightful and answered any questions I had, and helped me understand what was going on. Cleaning was great, TVs above the chair was a huge plus. Drs we’re nice and patient when reviewing my teeth.

I was invited into the office after mistakenly showing up to the location next to it for an appointment I made. The doctor stopped to talk to me and didn’t have to help me but he did. I was absolutely stunned at how nice and inviting him and his receptionist were. They put me on track by helping find the correct office I was looking for. They also offered to make me a patient with them and set up an appointment for a cleaning and x-rays! They took my insurance and everything worked out so well.

I wish I could leave 10 stars! Thank you guys so much for your help.

I’m usually very nervous at dental appointments, but I left feeling less anxious than when I had walked in. The front desk team is very pleasant, the dental hygienist was careful and thorough, and Dr. Stradling actually took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what he saw going on with my teeth. Truly a great experience.

Caring and friendly staff from front office to dentist chair. They are reasonable and fair when it comes to cost, with or without insurance, and they’ll look for every benefit.
