Worst service. The staff is extremely rude.
We agreed on a price and then the week of the wedding they doubled it.
They completely forgot the grooms pocket square and tie.
If you rent from this store you are gambling on getting what you asked for.

Very good service. When you come to the store they always greet you with a big smile. They answer any questions I have without an issue. They are the best in Phoenix!

Excellent customer service! The lady at front is very kind and patient. Prices are affordable and tuxedos are nice. I totally recommend this place.

Rentals needed some alterations but that's why they double check you haven't changed much in size before you try and take it. People were friendly and knowing how some people can be demanding they stayed calm and worked through the rush in one hr more than 7 suit adjusting all with different opinions on how it should look. Low prices decent suits great staff. Not 5 stars that's for beyond service required.

Horrible service! Don’t give your things on time when they say they will. I would never again would waste my money and time with them!

Never open on time. Take your measurements weeks or even months ahead of time and when picking up the wait is endless as if they are fixing it as you are waiting. Everything is poorly fitted when they give to you.

I was severely dissatisfied with the service I had recieved at "Cadillac Tuxedo". I had given them all my measurements in advance only to find that upon fulfilment of my order, my suit was illfitting and lacking in material that I specifically asked for. When I called and asked to speak to the manager about the issue I was greeted with inaudible shouts and soon after hung up on. Please do not give "Cadillac Tuxedo" your time or money!

Why would anyone want to rent a tux from here? Should read the complaints before doing business here. If your big day matters to you just know it means nothing to them.

Very bad service. They take your measurements to get everything fitted and then every thing was either too big or not ready on time. When I called to complain person was extremely rude and hung up. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Got two messed up tuxedos and complained about it and ended up getting yelled at for their mistake and to add on to that got hung up on. If I could I would give zero stars.

Horrible service I waited for 3 hours to get my sons tuxedo and real poor customer service, would never recommend this place.

I was very pleased with the service and the quality of my Tux! To top it off, the price was much less than other shops I've rented from.

Fernando is very polite and friendly and is very good at fittings. We come here a lot and they have a great selection at nearly 60% of the price at the national shops. Make the trip, get a great tux at a great price!
