Lots of body repair shops out there. These guys really are a cut above. Went in with a issue to see if it even could be solved, and they solved it on the spot. Very surprised and pleased considering how crazy busy they are. Their team shows skill, experience, and a customer-first attitude. I will absolutely use them again, and refer them to others.

First rate business here, everyone with whom we dealt was a pleasure to work with and the quality of their work is top notch as well.

We had a great experience with paint and dent repair after being rear-ended. The service was fast, professional and customer service great. We were happy to have a great experience so close to home.

I wish they had more stars for my review! The body work on my car was perfectly done. Communication throughout the repair process was exceptional. A day after I brought the car home I noticed another scratch unrelated to the area that was repaired. Samantha had me come in to have her people check to see what they could do about it. 5 minutes later she came back with the car scratch completely gone! Car looks like new. I asked what I owed. She said, "Not a thing. We are happy to have you as a customer. " If ever I need body work done again, I'll go back to Caliber Collision!

Car looks great after being rear ended! I will say there were some communication issues in the beginning, but Calliber worked with the insurance company and got it worked out.

After a hit and run accident Caliber was recommended by my insurance agent. The customer service updates were given as to the progress regularly. The finished body work and repainting were excellent.

There was a bracket that was reused in the repair however, it failed so the shop is going to order a new bracket at no charge. Very satisfied.

A deer hit the side of our truck and did a fair amount of damage. We got our truck back within a good amount of time considering the supply chain issues and it looks back to better than new.
