Caliber Collision, Tucson AZ

My Camry had to go back to Caliber for damage to the front during a trip to Texas. These guy's have had my car for months. Originally, was a simple repair. However, they found more damage (bought the car used and damage was done prior to purchase, and was not disclosed to us. Not Caliber's fault. However, I asked our rep to send pics of the damage twice, and asked the manager once for pics. Never received pics of damage. Rep eventually called to say that the engine had to be removed to repair the damage and it would cost 2,000. I told him to put the car back together. 3 weeks later my husband called them and he was told they couldn't put the car back together because there was too much damage. I called them and chewed them out because they held the car there. I reiterated that I had asked for pics three times. By this time my husband had had enough of the bull and showed up to visually see the damage, since the repair shop didn't send pics. In the end, yes it needed the repair. 2 weeks later my husband was told that a machine they needed to do the repair went out and they were waiting on a part. Now 2 weeks later and I'm being told that they are working on the repair and we should have the car back Friday or Mon. Today is Thursday. They are trying to repair the vehicle without taking the engine out, which is what I asked for in the first place. This honestly has been a nightmare this go around. I will never be back to this shop.

Update: October 12,2022. So, it's 2 months later from the review above. Received a message on my phone last night that my car is finally ready. My car has been there since June.

Caliber Collision really went above and beyond to help me get my car back on the road as quickly as possible. The work they did was wonderful, my car looks better than it did before my accident. The employees were always in such great spirits and you can tell they have fun at work and enjoy their jobs. They consistently kept me updated, gave me advice on how I should handle the repairs and had my car ready by the date promised. I have already recommended this place to a few friends and if ever needed I will happily do business with them again.

I had an accident went there for an estimate on my truck. They just wanted to "fix" my bumper but I went somewhere else to do the work because I wanted my bumper replaced not fixed.

This was my second time using Caliber and they went above and beyond both times. I really appreciated the text communication and my car looks like new! Hopefully I won't need this kind of service again, but if I do, this is the only place I'll take my car.

After a terrible experience at a location in another state, this Caliber Collision resurrected my faith. In a fraction of the time it took for the previous shop to fail, the folks at this Research Loop location restored our beloved vehicle to better than pre-accident condition. The customer service was top-notch and the work completed even better. My wife and I could not be happier and gladly give our highest recommendation for this shop!
