I truly appreciated Patrick Randolph the service advisor who has helped me through every step of the way with my 2016 Rio. The service was prompt and the repair done was excellent. I would recommend them for everyone who may need their vehicle fixed after an accident.

I stopped here without an appointment to have them look at a loose plastic piece on the back of my Hyundai. I was expecting to have to make an appointment, and I figured that the fix wouldn't be cheap. I was more than pleasantly surprised when Patrick popped outside, took one look and said it was simply missing a small bolt. He ran back inside, replaced it for me FREE OF CHARGE within minutes. I'm not often overly impressed with service these days, but I was just floored by his kindness. I will definitely be back to their shop if I'm in need of any Collison services. THANK YOU!

Caliber was super to work with. They communicated clearly and accommodated my schedule. They kept me informed on my car progress. They did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Lengthy review but I'm so thankful! I recently went to the dealership with my car because the manual seat recline lever was stuck. The technician took the car into the bay and then informed me the that whole base of the seat needed to be replaced and it would be $1,500+ to replace/labor costs. But today, I walked into Caliber without an appointment and was immediately met with smiling faces and help. A friendly employee named Cody got down on his hands and knees in the parking lot with his phone light and found a random bolt that was blocking the lever, went inside and grabbed a magnet, pulled the bolt out, and it is now functional again! Thank you so much, Cody and Caliber Collision for taking the time to see a walk-in with a strange request! Should I ever be in need of collision repairs, you will be my first call!

My car looks brand new again! Sean was my advisor and he was very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and always answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

Nothing but runaround and delays at this shop. They gave me an expected pick up date twice and failed to meet their own schedule. No contact about the issues or delays. I called them on the day of expected pick up and found out the issues that way. I was told both times “they call you when it’s done. ” Still missed paint that was the reason it was delayed in the first place!

They did an amazing job if I need any future work done I will definitely be going back to them. They went above and beyond my expectations. Top notch quality and honest work and Exceptional customer service too

Add 3-4 weeks to whenever they tell you your car will be done. Took multiple and I mean multiple calls to Zach (who wouldn’t answer if he knew I was calling) and Cody to figure out when our car would be done. Told them multiple times we’re footing the bill for a rental car and after about 10 calls they got us a rental (for one day). It seems like they held a grudge against us for asking why they lied to us when our car wasn’t done yet

The service was excellent everything that need to be done was done and timely manner. I'm very satisfied.

Go to a smaller place they don't want your business. Said it would be a week for an appointment to get estimate on a bumper. Give me a break, nobody that busy. Orlando's said come right over we'll help you now.

Had a bar fall and hit my car, they worked with my insurance and I only had to pay the deductible. Quote was accurate and they helped restore it to new.

Very pleasant people that work at Caliber Collision, this was my first experience dealing with an insurance repair and they made me feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision for your auto body repairs. And my car looks amazing they did a great job!
