DAN IS THE MAN! I would recommend Cal's to anyone, his profile is spot on. Having plumbing issues (and I've had some bad one's) is never fun and most people are not in the best of moods but it makes a huge difference to have someone there that's knowledgeable and able to fix the problem the first time around. I've used cheaper plumber's in the past and trust me, it's more costly in the long run.this is from a woman that had to dig a 4.5 ft deep ditch about 25 ft long to reach a broken sewer pipe! By the time I was done with that I didn't have much of a sense of humor, but Dan made the necessary repairs and got me to laugh! He is absolutely a huge asset to Cal's along with their great office staff! DMF

UPDATE. They diagnosed incorrect. We tried another solution and that didn’t work either. Now we are waiting to hear back on when they can try a different repair. Communication has gotten bad and I had to speak to a Sevice manager and that was 11 days ago and still have no date set on when they are coming? !

Excellent service, Joe has solved our ongoing plumbing issues. He was thorough and took the time to find the problems and then repair our plumbing. We will always use Call’s plumbing as they are far superior to the other plumbing companies we have used! No comparison!

Install hookups for washer and dryer washer n bedroom hall closet. Had to reschedule initial appointment since other job took more time than allocated. Showed up on time for alternative appointment with good notice, worked all day and got the job done. Made useful suggestions and let me keep my old water heater. Nice to have careful professionals doing the job!

I left a msg.with the service (on-line) and was promptly called. After describing my situation a time window as to when I could expect service personnel was was given.
I was called and informed of their arrival time and the tech arrived today on time (slightly before).
After inspecting the issue/plumbing and discussing the issues and repair steps needed it turns out all that was needed was the consultation.

We were very pleased with both the work and professionalism from the technicians that came out to do the work. Ours is a very old house with old pipes. It can be very frustrating to work on. Despite that the technicians were very helpful letting us know what was going on with the repair. It was clear they enjoy their work. I would recommend Cal's plumbing and will be using them again.

We called Cal's plumbing when we heard running water. They were professional, timely, and overall AMAZING! Ryan came to our house and got right to work. He communicated with us throughout the entire process. He was professional and courteous. We will definitely use this company again.

Extremely fine installation. Had pilot problems but Jacob was more than accommodating. I would recommend Cal’s plumping to anyone I know been using them for over 20 years. Kenneth was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He found the problem, explained the solution and cost of repairs and performed the repair quickly. Every employee I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Cal's Plumbing.

Neither my husband or the Home inspector could turn on pilot for water heater. Was anticipating repair or replacement cost. Dan Caisse was able to turn hot water back on! Got a replcement estimate in case it's needed down the road. Thank you Dan'

Paulie came thru with a homerun! We had a very unusual issue with our plumbing Paulie wasn't sure off the bat but he made some calls and we figured it out. He was kind enough to teach me a few things about how to better maintain my house and our equipment. I am very thankful for his knowledge, professionalism, and skill! He and Cal's plumbing worked with me on the price and we got back up and washing in no time!

Jacob was professional, efficient, friendly and informative. He appeared to genuinely care about us and ensured we had all the details needed to make an informed decision about how to move forward with the best possible outcome.

I didn’t hire a plumber today but a Cals Employee helped me greatly this afternoon. I was in an Egees drive thru and my truck died I was stuck in line. I walked into Egees to see if an employee could give me a push out of the drive thru. A Cals Plumbing employee was walking out I’m assuming he was on lunch. I asked him to help me without hesitation he took time out of his day to help a complete stranger. Thirty seconds later after a small push my truck was out of the way and I’m forever grateful for that young fellow who helped me I didn’t get his name.

Next time I need a plumber I’ll use Cals.

Our technician was Jacob. He was extremely nice, competent, communicative, and helpful. Thanks so much to Jacob and Cal’s plumbing! Cals is my go to plumbing company as I’ve had some experiences with others in town and Cals really just wants to help rather than just try to sell you a bunch of extra stuff or services you don’t need (or might need but can’t afford at the moment). I really appreciate that aspect of the way they do business. They aren’t trying to take advantage of you which is rare these days…

Ryan was very professional and thorough. He found the problem right away, that another plumber claimed he had come to my rental home and claimed he did the repair…but NOTHING had been done. When I came to see the so called repair, everything was as I had left it, soaking wet towels in the same place and found that the flood had grown! The home is not rented yet, and there could have been a disaster for me, ruining beautiful new carpeting and more. Cal’s Plumbing sent Ryan out to help me within a few hours, the same day. I am grateful for their service.

I'm so thankful For Randall, he is such an amazing employee! Today when our outdoor pipe burst he was able to provide an amazing service in the least optimal conditons. He made me feel reassured and at ease with the situation, we will be using Cal's plumbing again with our future updates to our home!

After two other plumbing companies assessed my drain issue and told me I would need a four-day major repair estimated at $15,000, Dan arrived at my house and fixed my problem in under an hour for about $400. He was courteous, capable, and got the job done. Cal's is my new plumbing company.

He had Cal's Plumbing out to fix a malfunctioning kitchen faucet and the young technician sent to do the job, Johathan Hite, did an excellent repair; quickly, expertly and professionally. Jonathan was very courteous, polite and very knowledgeable. We have used Cal's before and have never been disappointed with their work and reasonable pricing.
