Roofing project on my aunt's home since December! Still unfinished.more and more money.do not use and don't trust with insurance claims!
I could not be more than happy with the service and professionalism of all involved in my roofing project. The roof looks great and they thoroughly cleaned in and around the area. A very special thanks to project manager, David Barajas who is truly a truly a consummate professional who guided us through the whole process. Thanks also to the other project manager Claudio Ruiz. Last but not least, the workers on my project. They are truly gifted at what they do and we’re very courteous. Highly recommend company!
In 2019 we had roof leaks in 3 places. I received a postcard in our mailbox from Camelback Roofing advertising roof repair for hail damage/ insurance covered! We had our entire roof replaced by Camelback Roofing summer of 2019. Beginning this past summer (2022) we had roof leaks into our house. I immediately reached out to Luke and anybody that I could from Camelback Roofing. VERY difficult to reach anyone! Finally reached Fernando. He came out to inspect the roof and told me there was MORE hail damage and to call the insurance company and they would fix it. He said this was no fault of theirs. I called the insurance company though I was very suspicious. In the end the insurance company has inspected, agreed this is not more hail damage and has flagged Camelback Roofing for fraudulent activity and shoddy work. We have had 2 more roofing companies out to inspect and we have been told twice that the roof replacement is terrible work, not up to code and the bare minimum to fix is in the range of $20,000. While I did initially confront Fernando and Luke with this information and they denied any wrong doing and confirmed again that there was no warranty for this, I wouldn't let them anywhere near my house!
DO NOT USE THEM! You will regret it. Look back at reviews from years ago, The recent reviews do not reflect the nightmare that lies ahead!
