Campbell's Carwash, Phoenix AZ

Not an ethical detail company. First of all, their credit card machine was supposedly down so the manager pocketed cash for my detail. I included a tip prior to them detailing inside and out with hand-wax on my not- dirty my vehicle. Upon getting my vehicle back, I noticed hard water drips all over the outside of my freshly “waxed “vehicle. My windows were still dirty on the inside, debris was still on my carpet, and seats that had not even been touched. When I took the vehicle back in to show the manager his poor detailing job, he said he had been busy completing 20 cars in less than six hours. So obviously, that told me a lot about his honesty and attention to detail at the cost of my wallet. I do not recommend this place of business at all.

I’m a long time user, quality has dropped abysmally despite the doubling of the price tag. Ordered the De Luxe wash for $25, got charged &40, left $10 tip (the car was in bad shape, had dust & some leaves in but that was it - it’s a car wash after all) and it was the lousiest internal clean up ever - they didn’t even dust off the inside, just vacuumed. After 10 years there will never visit them again!

I go by this place on my scooter a lot. There sign block the sidewalk I couldn't get by without going into the street. I told the guy working there get got angry and and threw the sign hard down by me. I waved by to him. He yelled profanity at me.

Second time visiting and horrible service, didn’t clean the inside, wanted to charge me almost to breathe. Don’t come here.

I got a deluxe suv wash for $50 and when I got in my car none of the cup holders or around the holder were clean. I asked the staff there if they don’t clean those and he said for $50 they only lightly wipes down the interior. If I wanted those clean I should of upgraded to the $65 vip wash. I drove out of my way to come to this car wash and was beyond disappointed. $50 is still a lot of money and the value doesn’t equate to the service. I will not be coming or referring anyone to this location…every!

Came here to get a hand wash, was interested in the annual pass for my new car, but wanted to try them out first- let’s just say I’m glad I didn’t get it.

First impression, rushed and felt like an inconvenience to read/ask about differences in wash options.

I saw my car go though & they didn’t even put soap/sponge/rag- NOTHING to the back half of my car. Just sprayed down with the water. So it is a half wash?

They did a good job drying it and cleaning wheels (although brand new so in great condition to start) but I did notice the little dog hair that was in the car was still very much so there, not sure if they even vacuumed with the delux maybe not included. I use car seat and floor covers for my dog and he was only in there twice so there was barely any to begin with which lets me know it wasn’t even done. Not one seat was wiped down and bugs still on grill and windshield.

EDIT 5/22/23: I came back a few more times and have to say, they’ve been great- all previous concerns addressed and I ended up getting the annual pass today since it just made more sense. Big thanks to Sterling & his team!

The picture is not at all what this waiting area looks like. It's actually very spartan and unattractive. However, they did a great job (the car was filthy coming in and immaculate when I drove away) and I was glad I came.

We were passing thru, looking for a hand wash. I wish they were located in Tucson where we live. I would visit regularly.

We got the 35 dollar VIP. It took quite a while, 35-40 minutes or so. They have a TV in the waiting area to pass the time.

Sterling and Garrett did an awesome job! Will not go anywhere else! Sterling very professional and helpful excellent work.

Half-a$$ed effort, value is ~ 1/4 of the $20 cost. 2/5ths star lol.
Didn't bother to wash the roof; left ⅛ of each tire w/o shine; and over sprayed the shine into cladding. Looks like $hit, though the dirt is certainly removed. They weren't in a hurry/rushed for other customers; I was the only one there. Cutting corners. Was trying it out to determine if I'd pay $35 for the full treatment for our 4 cars. Nope.
Pros: convenient location for those in the neighborhood. Nice kids.
