Candlewood Suites Yuma, an IHG Hotel

For the price point this is a really cool place to stay.it’s kinda dated but super clean and the staff is too notch. I had a package sent and they bent over backwards to get it to me.

I had a remarkable experience at this hotel, as it exceeded my expectations with its pristine cleanliness and exceptional services. The manager's attentiveness in catering to my needs was truly commendable. I highly recommend this establishment.

Great place, rooms are nice clean with kitchenettes. Eupplied with toasters and items you need to make meals. Friendly staff. Wish I would have stayed there sooner on my trips to yuma. Nit far from shopping snd restaurants

Here on a workplace assignment, Emily and Jessica along with the rest of the staff at Candlewood have been more than accommodating during my stay.

I can’t say enough good things about Emily and her staff at the Candlewood Suites in Yuma. Very hospitable and professional and always ensured my stay was comfortable.

Staff is very friendly. Kitchenettes with a full fridge. Very nice for longterm or short term stay. Rooms are very clean and up to date. Free laundry and 2 complimentary dinners a week. Recommend 100 %.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The room was amazingly bigger than I thought it would be. Nice kitchen, lots of cabinet and closet space. Nice clean rooms and hotel. Perfect for an extended stay! Good location. Close to restaurants/ gas stations and not too far from grocery

I enjoyed the rooms very much, service was quick and easy, very friendly. I am very happy there was free laundry for guest that helped a bunch. Good place to stay.

The price was right and they had all the emmenities we needed.altho they were in construction it didn't bother us.

Great hotel in Yuma just off the 8 Freeway. Very accommodating staff and managers. Group of 10 of us passing thru Yuma and they still helped us out with a group rate for the night we stayed there. Rooms were clean and the area looks fairly new or well kept up.

Currently under construction but still a nice place to stay.the staff is extremely friendly and will go above and beyond to be helpful! Air crew rated 5x5!

Hotel is clean and well maintained. Free laundry is a nice perk, but coffee and lack of breakfast could be improved.

The room was comfortable and clean and I loved the pillows! What impressed me more though was the courteous and happy staff. I forgot to ask their names but the front desk staff (girl with long blond hair and the guy with a beard and glasses) were awesome. I watched them respond to a rude and disgruntled customer with so much patience and grace. Then they were also quick and helpful in getting me my own room.

Not really very nice, bathroom lacks functionality and there were a dozen little bugs on the floor when I woke up.

I had a extended stay here and the staff was very accommodating and kind, the rooms were also very clean. I feel like the rooms are outdated other than that it was a wonderful stay!

This facility is newer and nice, comfortable bed! The pool is at th he hotel next door though. Front desk staff is mostly friendly, house keeping staff is great. The towels not soft and fluffy like they are in Texas lol would definitely stay here again.

Pet friendly. We had 3 dogs with us. BBQ grills. You have to turn the gas on and as long as you can get one burner lit close the lid and eventually they all will light (3 mins) We grilled steak and burgers. Staff are incredibly friendly and take care of you. Rooms are spacious and perfect for multiple day stays.

I have stayed at the hotel for two night in total and the bedding is a total mess for the first room. After settle down, i found the sheet has a stain on the center of the bed and also i found a round of hair at the lower end of the bed. At this time, i asked the front desk for a exchange. It takes some back and forth for selecting the room. Then the toilet got clogged. It took me so long and also ask for the plumber from the service. When switching the room due to the bedding issue the front desk promises to raise to the manager and took my phone number. Never get a call back for update. He also offered that he can ask for partial points back for the bedding issue. No update either.
