My intitial visit went well. The staff was nice and the doctor was helpful. However, I’ve reached out 3 times to try and get in contact with the doctor for some follow up questions and she has yet to reach out. I was givin the excuse that they are busy, but it’s been 2 months. I’m still a fairly new and inexperienced patient so it can be a bit overwhelming. I would like to think they care enough to contact a newer patient back who has questions.
I won’t be back.
