Canoa Ranch Golf Resort reviews
25This place looks beautiful but it seems they'll let any kind of riff raft here. I had planned to stay here a week but only stayed 3 because the pool was full of people day and night. The same people at that. They were with car fulls of people and were being extremely loud and careless with vulgar language and inappropriate music. The management did nothing about it and so I wasn't going to waist my money here not to enjoy the facility because that's what it is, not a resort.
Inquired about Employment and found out that they do Not provide fundamental BENEFITS i.e. Health Insurance, Holiday rate of pay, Optical or Vision. What? Go ahead and become a burden to the taxpayers of Arizona and go on AHCCS entitlements? I am sure there is a technicality in the Law that allows for this greedy behavior but what about fairness and decency? Gimme a break because laborers require health insurance not just Management personnel. Reprenhensible
I did a staycation, found this beauty of a resort online, 1st timer here, won't be the last time, quiet, the views are amazing
The location is beautiful, and it's a very nice, clean facility. The basic rooms do not have a view of the mountains, and no covered parking, unless you rent one of the suits. They do have free breakfast, and there's a lovely restaurant in walking distance for dinner.
Very nice accommodations! The suite was bigger than a lot of homes I've visited. If you want a relaxing time in a beautiful setting, put this one on your bucket list!
Seven of us wandered down to Green Valley for a mini golf vacation. We stayed 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were modern and very clean. My suite had a full kitchen. Breakfast was tasty, hot and served very quickly. I appreciate that we were able to use all of the facilities without having to pay a resort fee. The golf course was in very good shape and challenged the best players in the group but did not intimidate those of that are just hackers. Dollar for dollar this was one of the best hotel values I have had in a long time.
This place was awesome and the room was very spacious with a big kitchen. Had a fireplace in the front living room, dining area for at least 6-8 people.
Bedroom was huge with balcony and patio furniture nice t.v. As well.
Horrible hotel! Not even worth its cheap price.worst thing is there is no place on property to get a cold beer after 9 o'clock on a Friday night
Bad, bad experience. Took 35 minutes to get a menu. Then took over an hour to get the wrong food. Bacon was burned. Food not hot. Waitresses didn't know how to solve problems. Maybe they will improve as Green Valley needs good restaurants, but I won't go there again
Great staff & amenities! Very good beds as well. However, carpet was filthy and so was the patio. Golf course was a 4+
Overall a beautiful place to stay, but the water in our room was freezing! The hot water lasted a few minutes, but not long enough for a shower or to fill the tub.
Wonderful staff, beautiful scenery and very relaxing. I will be returning - and I plan on sharing my experience. Thanks for a great vacation.
Had a king suite which was very comfortable, well appointed, gas fireplace, very spacious! Very nice! Only downside is that there is no restaurant in the hotel but rather next to it. Has full kitchen with all you need however. Definately a Good spot especially if you golf.
This is a beautiful well-kept place. I might like to live here but I don't play golf and I feel like I'd be wasting my money pay for the golf course
Very rude staff, and waited an hour in the restaurant to get our order taken and another half hour for them to serve dinner and then it was cold.
We had tomocecrooma fue to hsndheld shower bei g too old and loose to stay in place. Beds were comfy. Room decent for price
Older hotel that is conveniently located near golf course and close enough to Green Valley. The rooms are on the smaller side but have nice balconies connected to an atrium with greenery. The omelettes served for breakfast were delicious.
We were visiting from Orlando and found this resort by accident. Looks well maintained and has beautiful views. Next time we are in Tucson we will be staying at this hotel.
Lovely check in experience, very nice rooms, even the basic ones. Only odd thing was the toilet in our room, plumbing must need some attention because it was LOUD when you flushed the lever. Very disruptive, especially at night. Their complimentary breakfast is wonderful though!
The Canoa Ranch Resort was a great place to stay! Very large room and a walk in closet, I also enjoyed using their spa each night I was there. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in the area!
