Carbon Health Urgent Care is my favorite place to go besides my PCP. It’s clean and the offices are beautiful. All staff treated me with respect and they genuinely care about resolving the issues I might have that visit. Excellent care. Thank you!

Speaking for all geriatric patients, things can pop up suddenly and need immediate attention. Due to my particular problem I was at high risk for a fall cancelling my hiking trip.
Also the discomfort resulting from my situation was making me very anxious causing a rise in my blood pressure.
The NP was immediately a calming figure, never hurried taking the time to listen. I can’t say enough about the MA Angelique, who I’m sure has been labeled “an angel” many times, and who actually did my procedure.
I shared this statement with the MA, “you obviously love your job”. This can be said for all that I met from the front desk to the assistant taking vital signs and of course the MA and NP that I’ve already spoken of.

Great staff. Always takes care of my little Fast and very friendly service! Highly recommended!

Staff very courteous & helpful. Nurse was friendly & asked questions to the point of understanding my health issues. The doctor answered all questions I had as well as giving me advice on how to get back on the road to recovery.

Very easy to schedule appointment. I used their app but once I created the account, it was very user friendly. Checking in was a breeze (as far as medical office check-ins go) and since it was a not so busy Sunday morning, I was seeing immediately. The medical assistant and the nurse practitioner were friendly and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I highly recommend making an appointment here for your urgent needs. My child needed a same day appointment and they had quite a few appointments available same day. Walking into the clinic was an amazing setting. Very clean. As my child said, ”Looks like a mansion and it’s so peaceful mom” as he was waiting in the room for the Nurse Practitioner to check him out. The Nurse Practitioner Karl was very thorough and was so helpful. Staff is great! Brenda in front office helped me out with a few forms I needed to get in before my child’s appointment. It was super convenient doing the documents on a phone device. I’m glad this first time experience was a 10+ here. For myself and my child.

The front desk staff were helpful, kind and made the check in process go smooth and quick. MA took my vitals and asked all appropriate screening questions. I was seen by the doctor quickly. He was very thourough with my examination and explained in detail diagnosis. I received excellent care.

Extremely efficient operation. The building is new and clean, the staff very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated the great service.

From the moment I walked in, with what turned out to be a broken thumb, friendly, compassionate, and professional would describe everyone who cared for me. 100% I would recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care if you need immediate medical services.

The staff at the front counter are courteous and warm. I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. The care staff have good bedside manner and seem genuinely concerned. The decor is peaceful and homey. The lobby is never over crowded. Communication is thorough and complete. They always meet my urgent medical needs in a caring way.

It's usually very quick to get in and out and the staff and doctors are very friendly. The office is always clean and looking great!

The most, absolute BEST Urgent Care I’ve ever been to. Clean, new, and classy location. The pediatrics room was the best patient room I’ve brought my son to. Very friendly and colorful and clean and fun. By far the best from any pediatrics room I’ve taken my son to.

Staff were friendly, clear and concise when giving or asking for information. Minimal wait time to be seen. I would highly recommend this location without a doubt to any friends, families or strangers. And our NP that we saw was amazing too; her name was Susan.

10/10 experience. Hands down this should be a baseline for how healthcare facilities should operate nation wide. That’s how good our experience was.

We had such a great experience at the Irvington location! Amanda and Nurse Practitioner Susan were so kind and thorough. We had to bring our child in on a weekend and were seen right away. The facility is clean and well maintained. Most urgent cares we called did not have pediatric care so we were so grateful to find one that did. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those with children.

1st I must say the offices are beautiful! Makes you feel you’re visiting a spa rather than a clinic. Nurse Practitioner Susan is wonderful. Personable and kind on top of professional. She took time to sit and LISTEN. That means the world to me. I don’t want to be sick, but if I ever am again.this is where I will go.

Incompetent and Uncaring
I went in with a painful left ear full of wax, I left with a painful left ear full of wax, except short $160. Treating nurse said "No Guarantees"
It was cold in treatment, no one asked as to my comfort.
Ended up buying a $40 rechargeable ear cleaner from Amazon, 4-pressure settings. With a couple applications of wax softener, a 10 min flush had the shower floor littered with wax. Subsequent Q-tip probes suggest the ear wax is 100% gone.

I was checked in Seen and out the door with my meds sent to my pharmacy in 30 mins. The staff and Drs are amazing the facility is clean and up-to-date with the newest technology. Thank you Carbon Heath I'll recommend any body to this place
