Carbon Health Urgent Care Oracle Road, Oro Valley AZ

This doctor was the best doctor I have ever seen. He was not in a hurry he talked with me he explained everything and diagnosed me. Asked if I had questions and then explained aftercare with me. Not only was he so professional and well spoken but he was also kind and The Best Doctor I've ever come across. This is now my go to place and I have already told all my friends and family about this doctor.

The staff at this facility is welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. We were not rushed. All questions and concerns were addressed. I highly recommend using this clinic/location.

The office clerk was very pleasant and informed me that because I did not make an appointment, it would be a little bit of a wait but I would be seen in between appointments. The wait was not long and was taken to a room. They took my vitals and I had a short wait for the nurse practitioner.whom I've seen in the past and enjoy her and her bedside manner. I was diagnosed and immediately a prescription was sent and within the 30 minutes I was notified by my pharmacy that my prescription was ready. Very professional, very satisfied and very quick.

The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. They even went above and beyond to assist me.

Everyone was very nice and helpful they took good care of me. Dr. Jerri she check my breathing and new what I needed I told some of my friends and family they need to go there next time they get Carbon Health Urgent care.

Professional, clean and timely care. Rebecca and Justin were fantastic in figuring out my ailment and prescribing me the medication I needed. I don’t know the girls name at the front desk, but she was nice as well.

This place is wonderful. From the front office staff to the providers, they are kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We were in and out in less than a half with all of our questions answered. Definitely recommend!

Complete waste of time. I made an appointment and once I arrived waited an hour and a half! I kept asking how much longer they said 10 minutes. I finally just left. I’m sick, I don’t feel good, I can’t sit here all day. Why did I even make a appointment? Wasted my whole morning.

This was our 2nd visit to Carbon Health at Oracle/Magee for a sport’s physical. Both times were very fast and professional service. The office is clean and the staff is friendly.

Needed care that my primary wasn’t able to give me for four days. Carbonhealth.not only help me the same day, but will do the same test and call me with results as my primary.
