They are honest and prompt. This company does not try to oversell and they know their business.

This company hires illegals who dont speak english and im willing to bet that none of them have an EPA license.these crooks did an install for a friend of mine and they did not pressure text with nitrogen, nor did they pull vacuum before releasing charge.this is unethical business practice.this unit has had 2 callbacks for the same leak in under 6 months.both times these people do not speak to the resident and they just leave when nobody is looking.then they say it was just blown fuses in their text messages they have loosely translated.they are ignoring the leak until it is out of warranty so they can charge for the service calls.this company is pathetic and each and every person reading this is a fool to gamble on them.ill be calling the EPA after i hit send on this review.i could single handedly do a better job than any one of these border jumpers.

Cardinal Heating And Cooling installed a 4 ton TRANE air conditioner. The price beat the competition, I had an installation within a day after contacting the company, the workers were very courteous and knowledgeable. After about a month, a small issue occurred so I reached out for help. I had a technician there within a couple of hours to fix it. I am very pleased with this company.

I had a new trane ac installed a month ago and it stopped working 4 days ago. I've been texting and calling this company for 3 days now and not even a text back. When you call it says the voice mail is full. Buyer beware!

I left a message and they returned my call promptly. I needed a new air conditioner/furnace. The price quoted was a great price! They were able to install the next day. They showed up on time and did a great job. It is hard to find reputable companies with good customer service. Throughout this transaction I talked to German who was very professional. If you are looking for good service and quality products I recommend Cardinal.

Unfortunately, our A/C went out right as the Arizona summer heat hit. However, thanks to these guys; they made time for me and my family during a busy time of year and it was super hot without A/C, great price and very professional. They are set to replace and upgrade my other unit thats also 24 years old. They finished everything in 3 hours! Cardinal for life!

I am 4 years in on my current heat pump that Cardinal put in. There was a minor issue that came up last night. I texted them this morning, and they had me up and running b4 noon. Thanks for the quick response. You guys are awsome!
