What an adorable (all ages welcomed) mobile home. The location is not only awesome, but they also are accepting Rvs. And 5th wheels. It's so hard to find a place to park right now that it's nice to know mobile parks are opening spaces for the RVers. We drove around to just glance at the surroundings, and it's extremely well taken care of. Clean. And very put together. The homes are also just so cute! Everyone has homely decor and it just feels like a very welcoming community!

I live here. Manager is great. Done silly reminders about weeds, even when there are weeds in the common areas that are worse then most of the lots. But all in all it's a great place.

The grounds are very well kept. The outdoor pool and hot tub is very refreshing fitting a hot day and cool night. Everyone is very friendly and the fact that this park is a gated community makes this a place that I like to call home

Our family of 7 has lived here for over 10 years which should say something. Not only that but when our oldest first moved out, she started her own family and moved back here just a couple of spaces down. As far as mobile home parks go, this is definitely nicer, more well kept park there is. Especially with it being all ages! My biggest advice - if you're over 55 and don't like kids, move next door to the 55+ and save us all the headache.

This place is beautiful but I can’t seem to get ahold of the office, it always says they are unable to talk

Despite the fact that there are signs up only on one road, they will tell your car if you park on the street after 9: 00 even if you live there.

I consider this to be a orwellian practice and abusive power. The one person I know who lives here is moving out and I wouldn't move in if my life depended on it.

The manager needs a power check. One of these days she's going to get sued.

Very rude office staff. Asking a question realy seemed to annoy both ladies. Loved the park but i would never live there as long as they are in charge.

Manager here is the sweetest person you'll ever meet. Big heart is perfect for running a family park!
