I've been treated so respectfully and in a very timely manner. Even through an incident that was"devastating" to me, I was in good hands and supported throughout the care. I found to have excellent continuity of care. Thank you, Dr Velasco and the many team members there. I'm sorry I don't remember all of your names! From the front desk to all throughout the clinic, I have been pleasantly impressed.

I came in as a new patient today. I recently left another clinic nearby because of poor service. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, this experience was great. Able to accommodate my crazy schedule and got me in and out without having to wait around. Quality care, friendly and knowledgeable staff, ease of scheduling (and no unprovoked pressure to get cosmetic work) … I found my new dental office!

This dentistry is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring! I love Dr. Cook and Allie (front office) in particular. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family!

Dr. Velasco and assistant Sam both stayed late to fix my tooth. They did a great job fixing me up. I just wanted to thank them and there family's for letting them stay and take care of me.

Dana did an excellent job with my teeth cleaning. She was very gentle and took care in cleaning around sensitive gum areas.

Exceptional, caring and gentle dentistry service! My cleaning services were provided by Hygienist, Dana. Dana listened to my concerns about sensitivity with certain cleaning instruments. She didn't rush the cleaning, was extremely detailed, and provided me with pro tips about keeping my teeth healthy! Dr. Velasco conducted an evaluation after cleaning. He completely and honestly explained future dental needs and patiently answered allll my questions.

I have been to other dental practices in my area. There's so much pressure to purchase services that are not covered by insurance; cosmetic, braces and so forth. That's not happening at this practice. IF you genuinely require additional services, it will be recommended and explained -no pressure to purchase, which compliments the honest dental care provided by this practice. Truly, an above board dental practice.

I wasted my time going here they gave me treatment plan called me days later to tell me what my insurance was going to cover in writing then I scheduled my appointment for 3 weeks after to get work done. I was called by them 2 days before my appointment to be told that everything I was told was not going to happen now and that I would have to pay out of pocket entire amount and then deal with my insurance because they made a mistake and the supposed employee that sent me all my stuff no longer works there. They said the reason for me having to pay out of pocket was that they needed to talk to my Insurance. So I told them to talk to my insurance and we can reschedule the appointment after they get approval for the second time. They agreed and then never called me. I do not recommend this place the dentist actually seemed really nice but his staff is a joke and unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE BOYCOTT THIS PLACE.

Dr. Wyatt and Mark were amazing and very fun to work with… I am a bit of a jokester and we all kept each other laughing… They did a fantastic job of analyzing the situation and coming up with a resolution that I was extremely happy with! I love how personable they are, and how much care they take with their patients. I also appreciate all of the latest technology that this office comes to the table with. I was in and out of there with two crowns in less than a few hours! No temporaries needed!

I’ve been a patient for almost a decade and still love Dr Cook and the staff. Dr V and her Asst Katie are truly kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Every time I go the staff are wonderful and I can’t thank you enough. My mom (also a patient) recently passed away and they all hugged me when they saw me and offered condolences. That is kindness on the next level. It must be a wonderful place to work because they have staff that has been there as long as I’ve been a patient.

Dr. Velasco is probably one of the nicest, best customer service dentist I have went to. He gave me a call a couple days before my appointment just to check and see if I needed anything and was completely comfortable. I have never had that happen and it just shows how much he cares about building relationships with customers. Made me feel completely good during the procedure and will definitely be coming back.

I love the office, very professional and well run. My hygienist Sharon is fantastic and the assistant Mary is terrific as well. I recommend going to Carefree smiles dentistry.

Dr. Cook has been my dentist for over 5 years now. I have never had a bad experience with them. I feel like Dr. Cook actually looks at my teeth and takes the time to describe and plan a treatment just for me. 100% would reccomend coming here for all your dental needs.

Dr Laura Schnieder is personable, easy to talk to, listens. Her staff is attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, patient and kind. The best.

Dr Wyatt has been awesome, he lays it out straight and tells you what needs to be done and all the options you have. I’ve had bridges, crowns, fills and even a root canal performed by Wyatt and they have all been smooth and easy processes. He does a great job and you can tell he truly cares.
