I have lived here with my dad for the past 10 years nice quiet community.
Currently they are doing upgrades to the park feeling empty spaces and upgrading street signs and infrastructure in the park as swell as bringing in new mobile homes to fill in the empty spaces

Very nice clean park, friendly neighbors and the office staff and maintenance are very nice too! They had a Christmas party for all the residents and if you couldn't make it they delivered the meals to your trailer. The meal was delicious and I just thought that was very nice of them to do.

I’ve lived in Carefree Estates twice! That’s how much I love it here! Ownership has changed over the years, management has changed over the years but every place has those changes. I’ve been here this time 4 yrs and I still love this place. Park is maintained better than ever before. It’s clean and the pool and jacuzzi are wonderful. Lot rents are still cheaper than other parks post covid era. The neighbors are friendly and real neighbors. They do look out for each other! I recommend CF highly. Great neighborhood watch! A real community feel here!

Very nice mobile home place. It's well kept, clean. They have security person checking areas back and forth. People are friendly and helpful. Lots of elderly people with pets, nice place, quiet, perfect for retirement area.

This our first time in a mobile home park and are impressed with it. We have been here for almost 4 years and have had no problems. Stephanie the manager has always been helpful, the grounds, clubhouse and pool are always clean and maintained well and our neighbors are friendly and genuinely nice. We really enjoy it here.

All REVIEWS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM. MANAGEMENT & CORPORATE BOTH ARE GOOD AT CONVINCING BUYERS TO PURCHASE ONE OF THEIR MOBILE HOMES. However, after the sale is complete everything changes. Just be aware, make sure you THOUGHLY RESEARCH THIS COMMUNITY PRIOR TO RESIDING.

I like it ok. I have lived here a lonyg time. I t has grown a lot! The only thing wrong is now they have to keep turning off the water. We need more notice!? !?
