7I was very appreciative of Rachel the care manager. She was very helpful and i think the agency is lucky to have her.
Had a bad experience with one of these employees…it’s very sad & pathetic to think someone hired to care for a loved one would steal from them!
Caregiver did not show up and the agency had no valid explanation or speedy replacement option. I don't know how they stay in business.

Caring senior service has been my employer for 13 yrs now I have worked with some of the best people in the world, it has been the most rewarding job i've ever had thanks to Christina the care manager in the office, I've been working for this company since 2007
In the process of suing this company. They so call bank information got hacked by and employee. I went to go cash my check it went threw but a couple months later I get mail saying I gave them a bad check. I called caring senior service and NO-ONE has help me since.
