Service was good and fast but however my daughter's burger was dry, hard and not hot at all. I think it had been sitting for a while.

Store closed a full hour early and when employee was asked for service he pointed the hours out only to find that it said they didn’t close till midnight and it was only 11 but still said they were closed

Food was fine, but I found a small strip of plastic in my burrito? Never had that happen before at any restaurant of any kind.

Employees stood around in there phone and the delivery time was way too long considering it was a empty day

You have to be kidding me. My chicken sandwich was just a conglomeration of leftover chicken tenders instead of an actual chicken patty. If you’re out of an ingredient or need to wait for it to cook then just tell me instead of serving this abomination. Stay away from this location!

Update: My review seems to have been removed from the restaurant listing. How convenient!

These place had a manager name David I don’t know if he still work there but he was always happy and give the best customer service anyone can ask and make sure you get your order correct always

No Ice, no napkins, no shakes, lazy and bad customer service!
The young cashier apologized and was really nice about it and honestly she has been the only one with a positive attitude and good work ethic.

Sometimes we only have limited time to get food and Carl’s Jr.always takes forever to prepare 1 order.

I will be reaching out to corporate because this is unacceptable, our Marines deserve better.
