Decent service here. The food isn't my favorite, the buns on the hamburgers seemed to be mushy when they gave it to us.

Hands down the best Carl's Jr I've ever been to. The food is always fresh and well made, and the staff has never messed up my special orders.

I ordered the same meal all the time but they prepare it differently often
I asked why they do that and the managers responded: IT DEPENDS ON WHO IS PREPARING THE MEAL
I can't believe that a chain fast food can't train their employees

Veggie burger Western style fairly rocked my world. Total vegetarian gluttony satisfaction. Want more.

Went to this Carl's jr. And ordered $48 worth of food and didn't get one sandwich came back told him about it they argued and then charged me $7.02 for the sandwich we didn't get.

Second time within this week that they have messed up my order. The first time no big deal but this time they are getting a negative review. I called their location and for some reason they don't know how to answer phones! Besides this, this location needs to hire people that care. The other day one of their employees was smoking outside upon my arrival, and once I went in, he followed right behind me and took my order. I told him, "are you not going to wash your hands? " Anyways, I'm done.

I usually love CJ. It's a rare treat. But this location got the order completely wrong. Gave me two value menu burgers and fries instead of two double westerns and criss-cut fries. They would not answer their phone and when someone did, then hung up before saying a word. In a rush, had to go in the store to get the correct order and the manager didn't believe me despite having a drive through receipt. Eventually got the order without so much as an apology for the inconvenience.

Grilled cheese breakfast sanwich meal is nothing like they pictured small and bland. Overpriced.

The place had a strange smell. Mirrors in bathroom were smeary. Seems like staff doesn't know how to clean properly.

We got there at opening. Bathroom was dirty. Food was very bad. Burnt biscuits, with unmelted cheese. Took 15 minutes and they dumped all the tots into the bag. So Cleanliness, Speed, Preparation, Presentation, Quality control all unforgivable.

Sucked. Havent been there in awhile but remember it being better. Burgers werent cooked to how they asked we would like them, dont ask if your not going to do it. None of were happy.

Manager has her 4 kids running unattended in the children's play area! Hey chica, get a babysitter

Their breakfast sandwiches are all food and I really like their chicken strios for a fast food place it is pretty decent. You always have to wait, so I think they make it when you order

The night DRIVE THROUGH CREW SUCKS. They forgot what are order was when we got to the pick up window. We were the first in line, and still waited almost 15 min for our food, plus we asked for ketchup and she just grabbed a two hand full and pretty much shoved it at us. A jobs a job. If you hate it quit. Learn how to teach your staff how to use there manners, and customer service.

I eat at Carl's often but this one food is much better biscuits aren't crunchy they are light and fluffy I wish all the stores where like this one

I've visited this carls Jr on happy valley rd 2 times 1st visit I was told at 8 am they were out of biscuits and not making anymore. Today's visit was just as disappointing service very slow food was soggy forgot the cream in the coffee and bag and to top it off coffee was burnt. There will not be a 3rd visit.

I enjoyed the value 5$ box #4. It was fresh and tasty. The service in drive thru was a little slow but the food was fresh and hot. Can't beat that!

Ordered $35 worth of food. Left out all orders of large fries, the half pound burger was dry, had no condiments, Southwest chicken sandwiches had no chiles. Incredible waste. And the cashier poured soda in my lap when he was handing it to me.
I was going to excuse the spill until I got home and discoveredo the rest.

I was disappointed I needed a quick lunch and with only 2 cars ahead of me I waited a good 15 mins or more for luke warm food that wasn't even fresh

They do no substitutions and when food was brought to us, the fries were cold. Two other customers there at the time.
