18They messed up an order, we called and told them, said we could not come back at that time they said next time we came in they would take care of it, when we came back we told the mgr "Yute" she was extremely snarky and rude, she pretty said we were lying, then when I asked her for a corporate number she tried to give me the store number off the receipt! I will never eat at this restaurant and I highly recommend you do the same.
Carl's Junior employees do not wear, it is the only food establishment or or fast food placethat does not wear masks during this pandemic every food chain I have been to has been overly precautious, except for Carl's jr.
This location closes two hours before they are allowed to per corporate office this is extremely disappointing considering Carl’s Jr.is typically our go to fast food I am so frustrated with the employees that are just standing in the lobby on their cell phones like why are we even paying you to work if you’re not even doing your job and then to close two hours early very frustrating and they don’t even leave their phones on they leave them off the hook so all you get is a busy signal when you call - Needless to say I’m contacting a GM thanks to another store that actually cares about their customers needless to say I’m contacting a GM thanks to another store that actually cares about their customers- Looks like you need to hire some new employees who actually want to work in these times because you’re losing out on a lot of money
We go here often as its ghe closest one to us. My husband pulled up int the drive thru about 15 mins ago, and they wouldnt speak to him they rudely told him that they werent taking anymore orders as the person in front of him just pulled in before him and got to order and got food. Like a few seconds before he pulled in so they just decided not to serve my husband and the woman behind him. I hope you guys teach your employees better customer service because this is unacceptable.
I say best big, heart attack burgers n town. So much things to pick from, at reasonable, prices. Love em.
Great burgers but I feel like they go too light on the crisscut fries. Im paying extra for them. Why do I only get a tiny little box of them?
They keep closing before 11pm cause "something" is wrong but it's just an excuse for them to leave early. It has happened to me twice already in the past month
Loving their burgers, I've been getting them lettuce wrapped since I'm on keto. Very accomadating.
Had to wait 15 minutes for my order of 4-burgers and 2-onion rings. Cost me just over $30 for everything. What a rip-off! Plus there were flys inside the restaurant that were very aggressive, so during my 15 minute wait i was under constant attack. I'll never go back.
This is the worst Carl's Junior I have ever eaten at. My friend had a few coupons for the western. They came out as hard as hockey pucks. So dissapointed, cause I usually love Carl's jr.
Love Carls but have had many issues here, which include never adding extra sauce to my western burger. I want my burger to drip sauce like the commercial and I should not have to ask for extra to get it and then it does not even drip sauce after asking for extra. Come on!
Ok. Nothing special foodwise. I like having napkin dispensers on each table. Video jukebox playing is kinda cool.
Ordered two meals with dr peppers, got the drinks and when she was getting the food I took a sip and it was coke. No big deal right! I was like ma’am I got a coke instead of a Dr Pepper, thinking she would correct it. Nope, she argued and said no! You ordered a coke. I was literally forced to keep the coke. This just happened 15min ago. I get home and sure enough the messes the order up and forgot the cookie in my daughters meal. What a terrible dinner. This is a first for me seeing how I go their two to three times a week
Good food, but the service at this place, like at many CJs is not always the best. I don't know the reason for this, but this one seems a little bit better than the rest of them.
I went into the restroom and the first stall's lock didn't even close correctly, and the overall restroom was very dirty. The playplace was also closed off and the emplooyees were very loud when they were on lunch break.
Prices to high. The burger was dried meat, not fresh. The meat almost tastes like it was recooked. This is no longer the best choice in the area.
I visited this place for the first and last time! Customer service was so cold.not even a hello when we came in. The food was thrown together with no care whatsoever!
Been going here as my kids love the play place. The last few times i have been off and on their play place has been closed. Not coming back
