Tremendous attention to detail. Very satisfied with the whole team. And, the puppy-greeting is the icing on the cake!

This is honestly the first dental visit I have had that is so thorough. I am routine with my cleanings, I go every 6 months, and needed to find an office close to home. I haven't had braces in 10 years, and the hygienist today found old ortho cement left on my teeth and scraped a lot of it off! You'd think every hygienist you come across would remove such buildup. There is barely any wait time, everyone is so understanding and considerate with their patients time. Safe to say, I am happy I made the switch!

Super professional highly trained dental office. Anticipated cost info given upfront. Drs Ford and Asin handled my complicated dental injury history with skilled expertise and state of the art technology. Nice service retriever dog on duty some days as well. Really good dental experience without discomfort.

My first visit was very comfortable. I have severe white coat syndrome and I fear all doctors/dentists. (Silly phobia but it is what it is) I do have nice teeth though and want to keep them that way. When I started having temperature sensitivity I sought a dentist close to work and found this office. They got me in right away, made me feel comfortable and I didn't have a panic attack in the office which was new for me. That's how at ease they made me feel. If you have a fear of doctors/dentists like me you should go here. You will be pleasantly surprised.

What an outstanding team Dr. Ford has assembled! Whether it's for a routine cleaning or more extensive work, I am always treated as a valued client. Each aspect of my treatment is well explained and pain management is a priority. I almost fell asleep during a lengthy visit involving several fillings! From all of the amazing staff to the equipment that they use, everything is geared towards a positive outcome for their clients. They truly spoil you!

I am pleased to have had Dr. Ford as my dentist for many years. The staff is exceptional, the office is comfortable and convenient and the treatment always exceeds my expectations. Easily one of the best dental practices.

I have to say Dr. Carol Ford is one of the best dentist I know. She is one of the kindest people I know with a huge heart. She was able to help my teeth and give me back my smile. DENTAL WAND. It's a little device that numbs your mouth without enduring a BIG Needle, something that our dentist had used back in Los Angeles and found it here in Phoenix! However, the real find was Dr. Ford and Dr. Bauer and the staff They are professional, informative, the technology they utilize is comforting, and also a peaceful little spirit that will have you depart feeling all furry inside. I suggest that you check this fun group of folks out, because you surely will not be let down.

I never thought I would say "I love going to the dentist! " Dr. Ford and her staff make dental visits a comfortable and pleasant experience from being greeted by Vito, their loving ambassador service dog, to the personable and professional hygienists. Also the front desk staff make scheduling and billing through insurance a breeze as well. If you are looking for a cosmetic dentist or simply a dentist for routine cleanings you won't be disappointed by visiting Dr. Ford!

Dr. Ford and her staff are amazing! Not only do they keep my teeth healthy and pearly white, but everyone is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, at ease, and relieve my irrational dental fears. I'll probably always get a little nervous about going to the dentist, but I'm comforted knowing that I'm being treated by the absolute BEST!

I always get great care at Dr. Ford's office. She is the best dentist ever and did beautiful restoration for me after a fall I took. Julie & Cathy are great assistants to her and experts. On this visit I had my cleaning. Theresa is awesome, very knowledgeable and detail oriented. AND really takes time & care. Karly & Lizette are always pleasant and most helpful AND of course, Vito, has a calming effect on everyone. Hope I didn't leave anyone out! I have been well cared for by everyone!
