In 2019 I came to Tucson after been relocated by my company. After 20+ years of living in Texas, a relocation like this was the least to say overwhelming, first time in the dessert, first time in Arizona, while bringing my family from overseas and becoming a first time home owner, so yes, it was extremely overwhelming. So definitely not a comfort zone situation, a lot to digest with no time to loose as the wheels of moving my family from overseas were already turning. But then it came my angel (from all this story and still currently believe that with our hearts), Carol! First time we met, I felt a really good connection, she listened to my wants/needs and often gave me solid advice into what was out there in the market for our family. Key point here: She LISTENED! At all times I felt she was always looking out for my interests as well as my family's, specially knowing that my wife was coming to the US for the first time so she always had that in mind while we were visiting locations. I always felt she was guiding me as I was part of her family and that made me feel extremely comfortable at all the stages of this process. The final day we went with my wife and Carol to visit some locations and all the places we saw were right there to our expectations, until we visit the last one, yes she did reserve the "wow" to the last moment, and that was definitely our feeling that instant. We found our desired first home, with all the things we wanted and more, and that was for us a defining moment, the moment we felt that Carol was indeed our guardian angel! Going forward a few years, we live every day in our dream home and all thanks to Carol. What is best about this is that it was never a business transaction with her, it was the beginning of a beautiful relationship with our new family member/realtor/angel.
