Carrabba's Italian Grill, Mesa AZ

This was the first time I have been to this Restaurant. I was very pleased with the Service and the food was awesome.

I met a friend for lunch. The hostess was friendly and seated me right away. The server came by several times to check on my while I was waiting for my friend and once she arrived, he explained the specials and we ordered. The food came out hot and quickly and it was delicious. Our drinks were refilled without having to ask. My friend and I had a great time eating and catching up.

Party of 5. Poor service. We all got served are meal at different times. One was done with meal before the last person was served. Did not even ask if we wanted a drink refill. We had to track anyone down to get a refill. Then we get the bill had to wait for 20 minutes to anyone to come by so we could pay. Very very poor service.

Foods always delicious! I normally do take out so can’t say much about the inside. But I get the chicken Bryan and it’s cooked perfectly every time!

The prices for the meals were great for the amount of food you recieve.the pork chops were extraordinary! Everything was served in a timely manner and wait time to get in wasnt bad.

Very nice place to eat find service it was pretty fast too but a little pricey out of my range to eat there again

Service was okay (our waiter)! Food has gone down hill! Also had to re-ask for many things this past trip! The menu is very small compared to years ago!

Collin was a great waiter. Food was good. Steak perfectly cooked. Alfredo sauce was a bit bland, it needed something.

I was treated to steak dinner helping friends with a project. We had a booth that protected us from the noise nearby. Very good experience

Only second time we've been here. Decided to go back here tonight because we had a great experience our first visit. Will not go back. Inattentive server. Seriously could have walked out without paying our bill and don't think he would have known. Husband had to the hostess to settle our bill. Steamed broccoli was frozen. House salad was poor at best. I'll stop here, but could certainly go on. I don't understand the increase cost in food and staffing and the decreased level of product and customer service.

Hadn't been here in a few years but still as good as ever and so glad they haven't shrunk down the menu like other restaurants have. Very delicious food and great service!

My chicken picata was rubbery i didn't eat it at all but our service was awesome we had a young man for a server he was great

Carrabas is our go to italian spot. I love that their pasta dishes can be made GF. They're our favorite
