Carrabba's Italian Grill, Oro Valley AZ

The place does not give the Italian atmosphere, I am not sure if that due to food quality or the dark decoration. I would not recommend it if you’re looking to real Italian experience. By the way the salad it’s not free refill.

Great service, disappointing atmosphere. We used to eat at Carrabba's all of the time back east. We finally tried this Carrabba's and was disappointed. Really awesome server, but the place was horribly sterile inside, very stark interior, it didn't even feel like a real restaurant. The black cables to the lights in the ceiling looked tacky. Food was okay, but nothing special

They are remodeling so the place looks a little unkempt. Only one bathroom (coed). The food was good, but had to send steak back because one was overcooked and one was undercooked. The service was excellent and we had enough other things to eat while we waited for our steaks to be redone.

Just returned home from a wonderful birthday dinner at this restaurant. Staff treated our party extra special. We'll definitely be back.

It's solid Italian, attentive staff and special instructions for food were followed. If you like Carrabba's then this restaurant will work for you.

Great food and excellent service. I think their filet is the best, most flavorful, most tender steak I have ever had. Always my go to order there. Love the blackberry Sangria, and the Fettuccine Alfredo, too. My husband loves the streamed mussels in white wine sauce, and we both enjoyed the John Cole dessert.

I love this restaurant! The food is consistently delicious. This location in Oro Valley is expertly managed by Jesus Ochoa, and our favorite server Alyssa always takes amazing care of us. You won’t be disappointed.

Great food and great service, from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out the door. What more can you ask for! For some reason we always forget about this place but my family and I are glad we remembered it this time.

This Carrabba’s is a tradition they are some of the kindest and best servers in Tucson and the kitchen is always on point. Whenever I’m town I always stop here and they never disappoint.

Pretty typical chain Italian restaurant. Quality consistent and menu somewhat limited. Prices high and wait can be long.

Not busy, we'll staffed. Good food, but the very expensive glass of wine was presented with a fly in it. Waiter was friendly, but too so, and the joke told wasn't that funny. Too many "sorries" extended. Overall was unimpressed and likely to not return.

On May 2nd 2022, my fiancé and I went to one of the restaurants in Tucson, Arizona and had one of the worst experiences ever!
We finally was able to have a date night and had our son watched so we can enjoy a nice dinner out together. Something we do not do often.
We order some mussels for a appetizer which was drenched in lemon juice so then order our regular dinner which was Linguine Positano. We always order this dish but the noddles always come out soggy which is why we now order for al dente noddles. What we received were very undercooked noddles that was noticeable as soon it was presented to us. We did not ask for Molto al dente which is slightly undercooked pasta! We notified the waiter then the manager Jesus Ochoa came over with the plates in hand asking if we wanted a different dish and argued with us as soon we said no we want that dish but with Al dente noddles. He was arguing with us that the noddles were Al dente. It started when I had ask the manager for a new cup because mine was dirty and wanted a clean fresh cup. Their glass cups for water are cloudy, unappealing and on top of that it a greasy lip stain! He had instant attitude with me.
So after he had argued with us about what Al dente is he took the plates to have it redone but he was there with the cooks and serves making a fuss about what we requested and laughing at us. We were very offended and on top of that we just lost our Appetite because of the arrangement Jesus caused. My fiancé went to the pass and told him we like our checks and do not want to eat dinner. He then kept arguing with my fiancé then told out to leave and never return. We were so embarrassed and shocked that we were kick out that was over the noddles. It’s sad that you guys have a person like him running a Establishment that way with no care for customers. We been going here regularly and my fiancé family been going there since he was a kid and it’s not right at all to be treated this way!
So if anyone wants to request Al dente noddles just forget about it because they will deny your request because they all ready pre cook their noddles so who know how old your noddles are. We’ll never return again. Another restaurant will be getting our service.

Ok- Absolutely incredible! So glad I finally tried Carrabba's! We will be going once or twice a month and more for takeout!

Food was awesome.
Service was horrible.
My husband had to get up and get a lime for his beer which he asked 3 times for.
She brought dipping oil, forgot bread, we asked for it 2 times, she finally brought it at the end of the meal.
We asked for our sides to go at the beginning of the order, got home and they were the wrong side dishes.
First time ever in my life did we not leave a tip.
Totally ruined my birthday!
