CarStar of Sedona got my Jeep in crazy- fast and did an excellent job on the repairs from hitting a mule deer. Fast and friendly. Among the finest customer service, in every aspect, of any Sedona business. They even detailed my jeep inside and out. Highly recommend!

Brian and his team did a perfect job of replacing the damaged front bumper on my beloved 2004 Z4. They are super nice and very professional. They even gave the entire car a thorough cleaning before returning it! Wow! Looked nearly new! Really appreciate their excellent service.

I hit a deer in Sedona. My insurance uses CarStar up there and my car was taken to their lot. They repaired the wiring harness, front left headlamp and turn signal assembly, front lower bumper and driver’s front quarter panel. The car looks like new. What blew me away, was that I had plastic, decorative, red inserts in my grill. They replaced them. I knew several had been dislodged and a couple lost. They were totally aftermarket. My insurance company is USAA. Carstar was their #1 Service here in Sedona. I could not be more appreciative of the professionalism Matt, at CarStar, provided! Matt took care of ALL the details. I was able to both drop off, and pick up my car at Carstar even though the repair was done in Cottonwood. Not only did Carstar take care of all the mechanical problems involved…my car was returned with a fresh exterior wash. Carstar will now be my local “go to” for vehicle service. Matt provides #1 Customer Service.

An adult Black bear fleeing hunters ran full speed into the front left side of my car, causing major damage and rendering the car inoperable. CarStar repaired all the damage and fixed it so I can drive it again. Matt was gracious, helpful and forthcoming every step of the way. I highly recommend CarStar for repair services.

They did a fantastic job fixing a few dents and repainted a door. They even vacuumed and detailed the front cab of the vehicle. Way more than expected. Great service!

I smashed in the left side of my front bumper. Brian at Carsmart did an excellent job of repairing the damage for $1100 less than another estimate. And they were able to do the repair quickly so as not to inconvenience me. Great experience and I highly recommend them for any body repair, large or small.

I was so impressed with my service at CARSTAR Sedona. I brought my car here per my insurance company for repairs following an accident. They were able to schedule my repair really quickly. The communication was excellent. I am most grateful for the excellent customer service they provided and the time that they took to explain the entire process to me and answer my questions. Their answers and explanations put me at ease and made a stressful situation much less stressful. I am very satisfied with the repairs and service. Would definitely go back (but hope I won't need to) and definitely recommend!

I was in a pretty knarly "fender bender" in December. Carstar was the place I was recommended to call by my insurance, and I can really understand why. Their entire staff is grounded, present, kind, and compassionate. They each went above and beyond to support me throughout the whole process; from communication of expectations and progress, to transportation to my rental, to recommendations and support in completely unrelated issues; they were pure love and honour in every step and way. They took me to pick up my rental car and I was able to drop it off with them when picking up my repaired car. They provided regular text message updates on the status of my repair. The repair was completed in the time they estimated. Highly recommend this business!
