Carter's Custom Cuts, Thatcher AZ

I dont get to Carter's as much as I would like to, due to distance. But when I am in the Safford area, and they are open, that is a stop. We had a great experience with wild game process when he first opened at this location. Five years later, I'm here buying steaks, burgers, and meat sticks a couple days ago. Everything was top shelf, 5 stars to Bryce and Staff! You will be there along time with the quality of meat you send out.

Delicious! I purchased some green chili cheddar burger patties yesterday afternoon, grilled them yesterday evening and, they're delicious, very juicy and flavorful.

My wife and I live in the valley and everytime we come to visit Thatcher we bring a couple of ice chests to fill with meat from Carter's custom meats. We have never had a bad product. We love everything we have ever had. Thank you for your excellent products and outstanding customer service.

We bought steaks for the 1st time a few days ago, and grilled them today. Sooo tender and juicy, with an amazing flavor!

Bryce and his crew are the best! Little back story. The company I used to buy my beef from, that used to have Carter's process their cows, stopped selling it. So, I emailed Bryce to ask about an alternative place. I was beyond ecstatic to find out they also raise and process their own cows. He was super helpful and answered a ton of my questions. I then placed an order for a half beef with him and came down and got it all when they called to tell me it was ready. Super happy with the cuts and quality. This is now my go to place. Worth the 4 hr drive from Phoenix to get the best beef in town. Thanks you guys!
