Cartridge World is a great company to work with! I buy cartridges from them for my own personal printer use at home. Our company also uses them to service all of our printers. Personable, responsive and top notch all the way!

First our printers were old. The diagnostics were honest and pointed to a economic multi-function new laser, and high capacity color inkjets cartridges after a cleaning. Seamless service with a smile. When it is your turn, you receive full undivided attention.

I talked with the tech and found him very familiar with a likely fix so I took my printer in. It was fixed by the next morning at a much lower cost than I expected. It has worked flawlessly since.

Excellent service! I ordered toner and it was in my hands 45 minutes later! I was shocked and VERY pleased as we were completely out! Excellent prices over their competitors as well. (They even took all my used toners for recycle)

Cartridge World on Broadway is a nice store. Every time I go there, I have received prompt service and they have always had the cartridges I need in stock. I save money on these refilled cartridges and have never had any problems with them. I highly recommend this store.
