I was already told ahead of time about this company. They makes up many notes to enter your home and show it off while people are there in the house living.
I moved giving them a benefit of the doubt but they began to fail the first few months there. The kept making notes about entering the house and coming in without permission I have it on my house cameras inside and all the notes. If your looking for privacy and a place that won't feel like they can go in and out as they please then this place is not a recommendation ever.

Warning! Super annoying!
Let me start with the okay stuff. Casa Bonita has an okay maintenance service and their staff seems to be nice. I live now in a Casa Bonita property and this is what is going to happen if you rent one of their houses. Shortly after you live they send you an email asking you if you want to renew your contract for the next year. If you say "No" or "I am not sure", they start bringing all kinds of people into your house every few days for the rest of the contract. Regardless of how they justify this very annoying behavior (they say, by law they can do it) it is infuriating. I rented from many companies under the same law, but no one EVER has done that to me. I feels really bad. I feel that I am sharing my house with everyone. I have NO feeling of privacy or safety.
