Terrible place.my grandfather acquired bed sores from being left in his bed. The level of neglect from this facility was determined shortly after the stay of my grandfather. I would not recommend casa adobe rehabilitation to any human being I come in contact with. I work at a skilled nursing facility up north and we take pride in getting to know our residents and their families personally. So this saddens my soul to know that not every facility is following rules or regulations when taking care of t
Our loved ones. Be the providers of choice in the communities you serve. A gathering place for careing professionals and a safe haven for your residents to thrive one person one family at a time.

The care of my father received at Casas adobes rehab was excellent! I especially want to give kudos to the nursing staff and social workers, especially Karen! Everyone was kind, courteous, and efficient! In fact, I received a phone call from Karen as I was filling out this review! I would recommend this facility without reservation!

It was an excellent stay. One exception the kitchen needs to work on a Gluten intolerant diet. They served meat and I wanted a vegan or plant based diet. The kitchen needs serious help!

Good morning i was in Casa Adobes for about 2wks. And received the best care the staff was wonderful and cared for me above and beyond. I half to commend everyone on an excellent job from the CNAs to the nurses and PT staff. Especially my CNAs Nicola Graves and T Williams they are the best Sandra Everett

I worked at this facility for 4 months and quit due to the stress I indured by one of my co workers followed by the small hourly rate I received.

There is a reason why they have a high turnover in staff, as far as nurses and in the activities dept which I was in. I have gone back to working in a assisted living.

I had spent week's in wing 300 under the care of Shelly and Dominic. Those two were outstanding in the care of me and my needs a long with making me as comfortable as possible. And Nicole who made sure I received the proper diet, she made my needs met where ever I turn my light on.

Everybody is very fabulous. They're there to help you with whatever needs you have and make you feel good. They encourage you. They had a family dinner and it was fabulous, they should do it more often. I would 100% recommend this facility, and would recommend 200% over the last facility I was at.

They really know what they are doing, and they are very caring, and they do everything they can to get you home.

The staff treated me with the best care. Helpful, patient, and communicative. If I needed anything, they would be there right away. They were excellent.

I really feel sorry for the few good people they have working here. One of the nurses went on and on about how she hated her Job and how she was going to quit. It was every day she worked when I was there, it's very unprofessional and terrible to hear when your trying to heal. People healing or who are there because they need help should be in a positive environment. She just threw me around like a rag doll. I told her I just had heart surgery please don't yank my arm but she didn't care at all. She just pulled my whole body weight with my arm when I had just had my chest opened up. I can't imagine how she treated others. I was quarrentened for covid and they said I couldn't use the shower so they sent a cna once a week with a bucket of water and wash rags. That's it. My hair was Soo nasty. When they discharged me they were supposed to send someone to my house for physical therapy and home health but the company didn't accept my insurance and they should have tried another company but they didn't. I must have called 20 times in two months. I left a message for nurses then the social worker then the director. Nothing happened, no one ever called back not once. I finally had to get my primary care doctor to order it. So I was Two months behind on physical therapy and stuck in a wheelchair. Also when they sent me home they just sent a mini van, no wheelchair. I was like his am I going to get in there? ! They made me climb into a mini van when I could barely move, it took forever and she was mean trying to move my leg when my hip was bad it was excruciating. I was crying and begging to have a wheelchair van and they said you have to pay 200 to stay another night. It's crazy. They should have just ordered a wheelchair van. Also one day when they were busy they told me they were short staffed and the woman who cleaned the room would be taking care of me. She was in regular clothes and didn't speak English, I was a little shocked that they would do that, I hope they paid her accordingly. On the other hand the food wasn't too bad, they didn't have brown sugar for the oatmeal and most of the time the food was cold but it wasn't too bad. Some of the people that worked there were very nice and helpful. It's a shame others have to ruin it for them. I was there during covid and was quarantined so no one was allowed to visit but people would come to the window outside. My sister came and she brought me a Starbucks frozen coffee. She came to the window after giving it to the cnas. It took them 45 minutes just to give me the now melted 8 dollar coffee. I asked them where it was about ten minutes after she gave it to them and she said she would go look. Then she came back several times and said she couldn't find it. Eventually she brought it in with my lunch very melted. I was so sad.

My stay here has been a very good experience. The staff knows their job and does it with a smile. Therapy worked with me at the levels that I could work at. The food was excellent, I really enjoyed my food. As far as I’m concerned, I’d recommend the place very highly. And blessings to all the staff for helping me.

Some construction going on and things will be nicer.
The care my Mom received was very good. Staff was attentive and the therapy was a great tool for her.
It's not the Ritz but we were not there for vacation.
Good place for recovery.

If you love your family member DO NOT take them here. My mother was a patient there and not only did they fail to medicate her properly or follow doctors orders, but they stole from her including earrings right off her ears, all of her clothes and a mini fridge that our family had provided since they were neglectful in keeping her hydrated, so we provided a way to keep cold beverages on hand for her. They left her for at least an hour after she had taken a fall, a fall that was initiated because she tried to take herself to the bathroom because she has been waiting too long. She was here because she had multiple surgeries on her feet and was not supposed to be on them. This place is cruel and wretched and when I brought my concerns to the manager she was rude and showed no compassion. This place should be fined and shut down.
